I recently transferred my medical needs to Maxim in Tecumseh On Best decision I ever made! Your staff is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I recently underwent a full knee replacement everyone was very helpful in addressing my needs But the best part was when Char took time out of her busy day to give me a quick call to see how I was doing she went above and beyond her job description Thanks to the whole team much appreciated

I had to give this company 1 star only because it was the only way to write review. I do not recommend this company for any medical equipment. I had been renting a wheelchair from them. For the size I needed I was told it was the only 1 available. The seat was all taped but assured from staff member it would be fine. The staff put more tape and rented to me. I rented the chair for 3 months now and not needed it til June 17. Like I said I kept renting it to make sure I had 1 here for when testing came up. So June 17 I used it to go to hospital. When I returned home I sat in wheelchair to come into my apt. The seat ripped even more. To the point it scared me thinking I was going to fall through and be hurt even worse. So my boyfriend returned it to them on June 19. Complained to them about the condition of the chair. He asked them again if they had another we could rent. They replied no. Refused to give me any money back. I believe under these circumstances they should have. They should never rented out that chair in that condition. I'm writing this post so that others will be aware of the faulty equipment they are getting away with renting. Again because they rented me equipment that DID NOT hold up to standards. If I would have fallen completely out of it I would be suing them for a lot more than they rented to me for. I'm filing a complaint with BBB. Please again beware when renting equipment from them.

I brought my mom in to purchase some much needed compression socks on Monday August 31st. Both employees who were working at the time greeted us with a cheerful hello, and the young man, I didn’t get his name, who was at the counter ask if we needed any help. I gave him the prescription and showed him the leg measurements that were taken at another store. He said he wanted to remeasure my mom’s legs to be sure that the previous measurements were correct. Mom was afraid that she wouldn’t find the proper size she needs. He quickly found my mom the socks she would need, recommended the best socks for her size, and showed her samples as well. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy she was with his service, compassion, and concern for her in finding the right product. He was amazing. We will definitely be returning from now on for all her medical needs.

Talk to Richard, he is beyond courteous, polite, and helpful. He knows his stuff well and it’s his kind and hospitable nature that makes the experience exceptional. He truly cares about people, and that’s not something you come across often. Thank you for making my life a lot easier.

Loved the service I received at Maxim Medical Supplies in Tecumseh ON. There was a measurement error on the product I ordered, so when the correct sized product finally arrived, Richard was kind enough to drive to my home to deliver the product and insure it fit me properly. I was quite pleased with Richard's professional service and the custom sized product. 5 out of 5 starts for Maxim Medical and its staff!

We inherited a Bruno wheelchair lift that was not functioning. We called Maxim Medical Supplies who was the authorized dealer.Mike the Service technician was extremely knowledgable and helpful he offered information and suggestions on how fix. He was spot on with everything he said. He did not even suggest to come out to do a service call.If we need to have any serving or wish to upgrade we will be calling MaximThanks

Richard at the Tecumseh store goes above and beyond to care for his clients. I was unable to get a chair with heat and massage through any furniture retailers. Maxims fitted me with the Perfect chair, it arrived before the estimated date and delivery and set up was no extra charge. I certainly appreciate the customer service and personal attention whenever I am in the store. A big thank you to Richard and all the staff at Maxims. My first choice for any medical supplies.

While the staff was nice enough I suppose.I was looking at sizes small - medium of a more expensive brace that was on sale (really just looking for the price since nothing is labeled)And the sales person came over and rushed me through trying them on saying they don't have two of the small to medium so to use the extra small.After trying them on without any discussion of price or maybe a different brand that did have my size she brought them up to the till and rung them up informing me they were final sale.Trying to wear them they are too small and cut off the circulation in my hands no matter how loose or tight I wear them.So now I'm stuck with two 50 dollar braces that hardly fit.
