United Summerside Taxi

I appreciate the graveyard shift martyrs, since I had a 5:40 am flight out of Charlottetown and was staying an hour away from the airport. I do wish the cab had been cleaner and had not smelled so much of smoking.

Horrible drivers and have had now 3 near hits from their drivers from tying to run red lights, I would choose any-other taxi service

Yet another very disgusting company which only goes to further demonstrate the utter disgrace of PEI's taxi services. Unreasonably expensive, foul-smelling vehicles, and insultingly hostile service. If PEI ever commits itself to not being a rural cyst, I hope Uber will eventually arrive and offer what should become the better convenience.

Horrible company, horrible dispatch and horrible owner.I called for a cab for a 10 min ride up the road, was willing to pay up to $45... After arriving very late he informs us as we're pulling out of hotel that it's a $75 fee to start.... then he blames dispatch for not telling us. Dirty car, late, horrible service from the first call to the last, it took several before they actually arrived. They didn't know where my hotel was, nor the huge tourist destination (near sandspit) we wanted, on the main drag! He was argumentative, disrespectful, and to top it all off, when I called dispatch back to ask why they didn't tell us of the huge fee, he said I don't do complaints

I I ordered my groceries online not realizing that I'm going to be sick I called the United taxi and they graciously picked up my groceries and delivered them with a charge of course but I certainly really appreciated that so thank you

I use this service until now.I called a non smoking cab (which was great) .The cab is coming from Dekker Road and the driver screeched the tires to get on the highway which is 80 km pulled in front of the car.It really scared me and the driver was saying it was not her fault which it was I do not feel very safe.

I see alot of bad reviews but I had to switch from old town taxi to them as old town didn't except my service dog and the owner (chris) was a horrible person to try and reason with. Inwas regular and called them a few times a day. After our out fall I started to call united and never had a bad experience and even named once of my animals after a driver. At this point i still call them a few times a day as I study at Holland collage and its to hard to put out for car. Making this at Sunday February 6th 2022. I understand that old town taxi is more advanced but no matter what.. you will never be right and half of them can't drive and are from middle east. (Not being racist. After my experiences. Old town taxi isn't one bit as they were before. 10/10 united is better and you don't have to worry about Bringing your service animal or any a of your pets if you bring it up. You don't need to prove as much if it's a service animal and they know that

Extremely Shocked. Never again. Called the cab To pick up my family's dinner and got t a call that the cab driver didn't pick it up BC he didn't have the address. Called the dispatch and was told it's on the way and the mistake was found xed..never once asked for cash for debit. Cab arrives late with cold food and when I have a debit card he lied to my face and said he didn't have a machine and wasn't told told ye was taking a debit call. I told him I have no cash and no one asked me any different...he goes into his vehicle andlcomes back with the machine he claimed to not have saying that he never would have took this call if he knew it was debut and how the company holds his debut calls for a week. Not my problem....

Im not talking about all but there only one person who is always rude . It happned with me many days ago but i ignored it but again today on monday around 5.45am i called to book a taxi , since they dont provide a service to track the taxi thats y i was curious to know where my taxi was nd i called again , the man who respond my call was so rude he spoke so rudely .. spoiled my mood . They should know how to treat custmers .. i just asked him that how long will it take in a polite manner but the response was horrible .. disgusting… no doubt the drivers are very good but i dnt know who this person is … if the owner see this review he should teach him how to be respectlful and also he should listen to the recorded call .. he is such a rude person
