I have been to a lot of dealerships looking for a car for my daughter. My experience with Rotana is nothing short of amazing. Everything I asked them to do, they did. They put on new brakes in all 4 tires even thought the car passed safety. They even fixed a small dent for free on the side of the car.The add had a misprint where it said it came with both summer and winter tires when in fact, it didn’t have summer tires. That being said, they honoured the add and gave us 4 brand new all season tires that were in the back seat when we picked up the car.I would highly recommend these guys for your next car. Very friendly and very customer focused.

In a service industry where one has to be careful you need have no concerns when it comes to Rotana. These guys are great.

I was hesitating to buy a used car since I am not an expert in mechanic. I found them through a friend of mine. He also bought his car several years ago and very happy with that. So I took it as reference and visited here.Anas answered all my questions and give me verbal guarantee that I will not have any problems, I have been using my car for 3 months so far and I have never had any issue. Even though later we completed all documentation and I got the car, when I ask for anything, he responds in earliest convenience.He offered me the best fit car for myself and winter tires as complimentary. Bought our volvo v60 t6 rdesign wagon here about a year ago. We were taken care of and the few small issues we had with the tires and rims were taken care of promptly and handled perfectly. I was worried about a couple of things with the car at the time but the vehicle has held up perfectly through the winter with 0 issues and We are super pleased with our purchase. This car is a rocket ship disguised as a volvo lol. These guys were great and if we lived closer we would likely take the vehicle to them for service too as they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with their work.
