Maybe closer to evening on a Sunday, so cravable buns not as 'bakery fresh' as earlier in the day, but crispy chicken was 'crisp, fresh and tasty.Nice clean interior. Inviting feeling.

I don't know who took over, But whoever did has definitely brought this customer service up to par. I find this is the best tim hortons in the whole area including the lefthbridge and taber area. Great job managers and team. You should be proud of the great service you provide to your customers.

The best Tim Hortons.Wonderful staff, fast drive throught, tasty coffee.Everyone is super friendly, and they always make sure to fix any mistakes as fast as humanly possible.

Staff apologized so did the managers! 1st time they forgot the bacan, on a turkey bacon. Called .... they will do a remake.2nd time around,..not kidding the same thing, No bacon! So I call..... they sincerely want to make things right; he says come back and you get the deal your sandwich, coffee, and your choice of pastry. Today, they said they have no record of it, and know managers fit a young male description. 3.strikes your out Tim Hortons. McDonald's is my new go to in coaldale.

It was nice, it was clean, prompt. They were out of Timbits and actually most things they were out of. It was 5:30 pm so maybe they were trying to sell things off until closing. The only soft seats are by the fire place.

We found a problem with some timbits and when we brought them back, they were super awesome and didn't try to argue like lots of other places would have,the staff were incredible and delt with the problem quickly and efficiently, I'm happy to say that the second box was some of the best timbits I've had. Thank you to the incredible people who work hard to make Tim Hortons such an awesome place!

No drive thru garbage cans cause owner didn’t like having to get them filled with garbage. Every other Tim’s I’ve been at has them. Everywhere else has them. This on top of messing up easily a third of my orders there as a frequent local customer. Easily worst Tims in southern Alberta.Drive thru always has garbage in it cause of the no cans. 10/10 smart business owners. /s

Busy location. Service is standard for Tim hortons, which is not great compared to other coffee places. Our food was all correct though which is awesome. But a friendly person at the window at any time hortons would be nice.

Great food and drinks, made well and the majority of the staff know what they are doing. But please please please put a trash can in the drive through after the window. I go to throw away the straw rappers and have to get out of my car to throw them away infront of the building.
