The three Beautiful Awesome Wonderful Humans that helped me on Sunday November 27 I thank you so much.The Asian girl with the spanky red docs and the red head girl with the plaid shirt so super cool and knowledgeable and proud of the product that they were selling.Thank you so much for your time.The fella at the till with the black vans touque absolutely pleasant and great.All of you give your parents a hug and thank them for the great humans I had the opportunity to meet.

My daughter and I went into Lush today to get a gift and we were helped by Angie. She was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and patient. You can tell she really enjoys helping people. My daughter was just thrilled with her experience there and I know she will ask to go back to see Angie. Amazing customer service resulting in an amazing customer experience.

Such a lovely experience heading over to LUSH Market Mall. I walked in on my birthday, not expecting anything, and walked out with a bag full of samples, a smile on my face, and more pep in my step. Thank you to the staff who took the time to curate these goodies without prompt. You made my birthday a bit more cheerful and truly made me enjoy being a lush customer.

Absolutely amazing customer service at Lush Market Mall. Scott went above and beyond to ensure my daughters birthday party at Lush was amazing. Thank you again to Scott! I'd reccommend this to anyone looking for a birthday party for kids ages 8-16.

Sadly I didn't find the staff very friendly. There were 5 employees standing talking about who said what at their workplace and there were only 3 shoppers inside of the store. Seems like a waste of payroll. When I was lined up I was asked if I was lined up for the store...a bit of a redundant question if I am already lined up? I was told to sanitize and smell through my mask by two separate employees at the entrance one after another. It's fine by me, but the repetition wasn't needed and I wanted to just go in and out. When I was leaving I made eye contact with the girl at the front entrance and said to her Have a good day" as I was by her

Came here a couple weeks ago to buy a gift for my friends birthday as well as some products for myself. I asked the girl to print a label for the cone shaped bath bomb as there’s no information on it and it will be a gift for my friend.She printed 2 8x10 pieces of paper and snuck them into the bag under the counter so that I wouldn’t notice.If she was unable to make a label or print a smaller description I would have understood but the fact that this is what I received without an explanation and more so that she snuck it in the bag is what infuriated me. She knew I was going to be giving it as a gift and this is how i was supposed to give it to my friend makes me disappointed with the employee at lush.
