I've ordered legs several times from here and the quality is always exceptional. Shipping is fast and reasonably priced, and items are very well packaged. They take the time to drill lots of holes on the mounting plates, giving you various mounting options. Highly recommended.

Terrible costumer service with childish excuses. Do not waste your time. Ordered a week ago , had to cancel as he still didn't even start making them.

Would not recommend this business to anyone. I ordered legs on February 26th, and according to the lovely reviews posted to this company’s Google search I was informed that shipping would be fast and there would be no problems. So I placed an order and I received my order number. The confirmation email notified me that shipping would be in 5-10 days, but it didn’t specify calendar or business days; it also stated that I’d receive a notification email when my order was shipped. March 15th rolls around and I heard nothing from this company. I called the company and the phone went to voicemail; I left a message explicitly telling the respondent that I ordered merchandise from them, gave them my order number, gave them my name and phone number, the date of the order, and EXPLICITLY STATED MY CONCERN that I was calling from Edmonton which is why I was worried. You’d think a “reputable” company would immediately return my call and square away any concerns, NOPE. No one returned my call. Immediate red flag, considering especially that this was a credit card purchase made over the internet. I left two more voicemail messages for an individual identifying himself as “Matt” to which NO ONE RESPONDED.Left with no other option I called the Better Business Bureau who advised me to call the police. Then I had to call Edmonton Police Service who advised me to call Windsor Police Service. Filed a police report for fraud. Cancelled my credit card. Then what do you know? I get an email after all of that^ was said and done stating that my order was shipped? So this time I emailed the company to bring this matter to their attention. The “Matt” in question only said “Sorry for the wait” and had the nerve to state “I don’t know what the problem is but if you want to cancel your order.”Customer Service Experience from hell.

Ordered and received beautifully crafted hairpin legs for a furniture restoration project. Because they're made to order, they do take a bit of time (about 3 weeks total) - but shipping was super fast and they were 100% worth the wait. I am very pleased with the purchase and I definitely recommend.

Hard to find.. no signage...but wonderful otherwise....will recommend to others!

Ordered $260 worth of hooks 7weeks ago.No emailsNo ETAWill not respond to my any of emails or contact forms I filled out on his website.Leaving me no choice but to make a chargeback claim with visa for not shipping product.I should of believed the other reviews!!! Do not use this company.

I have placed an order a week ago and haven't heard back from them! Emailed them 2x! Called, texted. No response. Looks like a scam. Please be aware!!!!!
