I had a very great experience here. My dress was a tough one to tailor, it has a lot of designs and embroidery but they made it work great! Definitely would recommend.

Went in yesterday after speaking with the gentleman on the phone, asked me to bring my suit to see how quick he could clean it. Asked if it could be done for next day as I had a funeral to attend, he accepted and had it in done in less than 24hours.Will be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs and recommending to everyone in oakville, great and friendly service!

I’ve had several items (pants, dresses, and coats) all altered here and they always come out perfectly! Turnover is quick, and the quality is gorgeous. The prices are so much better than other places (like stitches etc) and in addition to the quality workmanship, the owner is also just a very lovely man. I highly recommend cadet for any of your tailoring or alteration needs!

I got my dress altered for a wedding and they did a phenomenal job! It was a silk material very hard to maneuver and required a lot of alterations. It was super well done and I got to try before which was very reassuring. The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend!

Update: The owner called me and asked me if I could take my jacket back to re-do it due to dissatisfaction with their service. I brought my jacket back and the owner explained if I'd like to remove the peeling, there should be extra change and they were willing to do it for me for free to make sure I am satisfied with their service and coming back to their business. They also explain why my jacket has peeling; my jaket is not 100% wool and that peeling will happen again in the future. I'm very satisfied with the result and I appreciate how they make their customers happy. (Nov. 17, 2022)Did my coat dry-clean first time here, I think they could be done a bit better. Thought they would clean/take off the peeling on the coat. Or do I expect that too much?!Also did one button sewing on my coat and it costed $7.99+, not I’m not sure the average price for sewing a button, but it seems a bit pricey.The employees seem nice and okay customer service. Probably won’t go back again.

Amazing service!! I needed a last minute alteration with a quick turnaround so I called first thing in the morning. No one picked up but I was pleasantly surprised when someone called me back asking how they can help. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very fast turnaround and I am so happy with the results. Highly recommend this place for alterations as I will for sure be back for their services in the future.
