Little kid had a lot of tummy pain and this was the nearest walk-in clinic so I called in and they said they won't see her unless your a regular patient that's already going here. So I had to take a bus during COVID times to see my regular family doctor while it was raining and with a crying small kid. If you can't help the residents of the region then why open a clinic?
