DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT DANNY'S HOME DECORAbsolutely unethical sales practices. Furniture delayed by over 2 months and when received, the delivery guys didn't fit it properly. After further 2 months of literally begging them to fix the issue, they stop responding to messages and calls. My $3000 recliners are crooked and one side is not alined and therefore have issues in reclining.Most pathetic bunch of salespeople I have ever come across and the management doesn't care about customer service or customer satisfaction.I have all the proofs of how pathetic Danny's Home Decor is. If you really value your money, DO NOT WASTE IT AT DANNY'S.

Good collection of products. We were attended by Dilpreet. He has excellent customer service, very friendly, patient and helped us find what we were looking for. Great customer support from order to delivery of the product. I would definitely recommend this store. Great service and excellent communication!

Terrible experience with this store.Highly don’t recommend this place to anyone. The quality of the furniture is terrible. Don’t waste your money here. The furniture didn’t come with the leg piece. The customer service was disgusting. The sale was rushed and no information was provided to me. At the time of sale they didn’t mention that the assembly was separate or not included, at the time of delivery they dropped the box and left. Had I known the assembly was separate or not included, I would have arranged it accordingly.

Great service! Rhythm was amazing and provided with the best prices, so were the people who delivered the furniture. They were quick and cleaned up afterwards. Will be going back in the future for sure!

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with this company's furniture delivery service. I feel compelled to bring to your attention the series of unfortunate events and lack of satisfactory customer service that I have encountered throughout this entire process.To begin with, we had placed an order for various furniture items on April 6, 2023, with the understanding that the delivery would be made within two weeks, specifically by April 20, 2023. However, much to our dismay, we received a last-minute call from your company informing us that the furniture we had eagerly anticipated was sold to another customer without any prior notice or explanation. This sudden change of plans created a significant inconvenience for us.Subsequently, we attempted to contact your customer service team numerous times to seek clarification and resolve the issue, but our calls and messages were consistently ignored. After several failed attempts, we were finally able to establish contact, but the promised alternative delivery dates were constantly pushed back, accompanied by unfulfilled promises. We were informed of various reasons for the delays, including truck issues and a lack of available delivery personnel, further exacerbating our frustration and the perception of unprofessionalism.Eventually, some of the furniture items were delivered to our residence, albeit in the middle of the night. To our dismay, these items were visibly used, scratched, and not in the condition we expected upon purchase. We promptly requested a refund for the substandard products, but unfortunately, we received no response from your company. Furthermore, we submitted several images clearly depicting the broken and scratched furniture, hoping to initiate an exchange process, but those efforts were met with silence as well.This entire ordeal has left us deeply dissatisfied with your company's services. The poor customer service we have experienced, combined with the complete lack of communication and disregard for our concerns, is utterly unacceptable. We entrusted your company with our hard-earned money, and in return, we received nothing but frustration, inconvenience, and damaged goods.It is my sincere hope that you address this matter promptly and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I kindly request that you provide a refund for the furniture we received in poor condition and make arrangements for the collection of the unsatisfactory items. Additionally, I urge you to review and improve your customer service practices to ensure that other customers do not endure the same level of disappointment and distress that we have experienced.If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further by seeking legal remedies and sharing my unfortunate experience on various online platforms and social media channels.I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I eagerly await your prompt response and a resolution to this distress situation.

I’m extremely disappointed with this business.The customer service is absolutely ridiculous, and disorganized.My experience with this company leads me to believe the positive reviews written must be fake.I paid for my item to be delivered and set up, the delivery men arrived and unpacked the pieces, they then came to me and said they are behind on the remaining of the deliveries for the day and need to leave but, shall return to put the bed together by 8 pm.It’s now 7PM, I call them and they say they will call me back to confirm the the exact time of their arrival. Not only do they not call back, they also do not show and stop answering my calls. I call customer service the next day to tell them what happened and demanded a refund on the service of building my item, the lady suggested they cannot refund but can offer me a credit of 100 dollars to the store. Once I received my credit, the fine print says “offer valid of a minimum purchase of 1000 dollars” LOL.. SMH. Needless to say they don’t want to give you your money back and require you to spend 1000 Just to receive your credit.I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this store.

One of the best stores in GTA . I shopped around many stores but ended up purchasing whole furniture for my newly bought house from Danny's brampton location . Their prices are very competitive. Staff is helpful and have thorough knowledge of what they are selling . But my five stars for Manjot who not only attended us very well but guided us about which suits our requirements. I will strongly recommend this store and also going to be my favorite for all my future needs . Last but not the least their delivery team was also professional and delivered all goods right on time along with assembly.

guys never ever buy any furniture from this store. Whatever the positive review you find, am sure they giving on their own or paid reviews.If there would be an option to give zero I would prefer that. I purchased a custom sofa and love seat specifically asked to have some hard firmness seating as they showed in store. The one which was delivered first of all firmness was not as good as I tested in store sofa but still it was ok so I didn’t complaint later within a month the firmness is completely gone.Then started the process of complaint. Made call to number they provided, they asked to drop email. Sent email reply was Will get back as currently they are busy , after month again sent follow up email same response, after another month visited store location . Guy promised he will arrange service desk to contact within 2 days now again it’s over 3 months no response. Even though they give you warranty of 1 yrs 3 yrs etc etc.

Absolutely amazing! We love our new couch and kitchen table we purchased from here. Manjot was such a great help and went above and beyond for us! Selected our furniture one day, paid the next and he made that delivery happen the NEXT DAY! Beyond happy with my purchase. Get so many compliments on both couch and kitchen table. Definitely recommend them! Great service from this location. And the price is unbeatable for the quality! Recommend Recommend Recommend!!!!
