Came here for the problem of charging port but got the screen protector instead as it was stuck to screen, Kajal removed it by getting her finger hurt and she helped me with my camera as well. Very great service as got helped nicely, will definitely comeback.

Few seconds after walking in, an associate came to me and he asked if I need assistance. To make this short, I believe his name is Ben (if I heard it right) and he was amazing. He took his time to check a case that I wanted and assisted me all the way. I even bought 3 screen protectors and he installed them for me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Great customer service, the employee Van helped replace my current screen protector in a few minutes and got a new case (about $25 total for both). Also the screen protector came with a 90 day warranty. Great prices! Will come here again.

2 stars because staff were friendly and the service was convenient. The replacement phone screens are not from Apple and are not equivalent either. They drain the battery more quickly and the screen in non-responsive at times. The front-facing camera was dirty before the replacement screen was installed and so pictures are now blurry and the only way to clean it would be to remove the screen.

Very bad service a lady that worked on my phone put glue in my charging port... after she got frustrated from applying Tempered glass onto my phone with liquid adhesive.. my phone is brand new s23 ultra and I can't charge it... I will never trust this place I recommend never going Here... they just ruined a 1.9k phone
