I cannot say enough good things about Nespresso, in specific our rep Michele, she's an absolute all star. We had a power issue (unrelated to the machine) and she was in our restaurant within 10 minutes helping us find solutions and just being very hands on.When we first started with Nespresso it was said to us that is was a true partnership and we can completely agree, the support is unmatched and we are so so happy with our decision and will continue to recommend to family and friends
