Teo is a grade technical trainer that really pushes you to your limit when it comes to technical training. He is also a very friendly person and will always make you feel welcome. I’ve trained with Teo for many years, all throughout high school and summers off during uni. Whether it was early mornings or later in the evenings sessions were always reliable and very technical. We also managed to have a good laugh while maintaining focus which was massive to get through harder sessions.

Carleton is one of best university teams in Canada, so the competition for playing time is always fierce. I knew that I had to significantly improve if I wanted to become a starter on the team. I decided to train at Studs Up because I was sick and tired of being on the bench and not getting playing time.​Teo designed a detailed training plan that was specifically tailored to my strengths and weaknesses as a player. Every day of training was intense - he always held me accountable and pushed me beyond my limits.​After training with Teo during the summer, I went into my last season at Carleton feeling prepared and confident. The results were unmistakeable - I finally became a starter, and I played in 13 out of 14 games that season.​Any player who is committed to improving and achieving their goals should definitely train with Teo.
