Scott did a great job in fixing my MTB after my chain broke and ripped my derailleur off. Was able to source a new derailleur, shifter, chain and then did an overall tune up on the bike. Rides like new! Thanks and will definitely be back for future bike needs!

I recommend Rock & Road Cycle and sports 100%! I have had really bad experiences in the past at other shops who weren't willing to help me out, but here I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to have not only my basic questions answered politely and professionally, but Scott and Derek were willing to fix up my bike (which really is at the end of its life span) so that I can use it while I search for a replacement. Super helpful, professional, have integrity and they take into consideration your budget.

Never have I ever seen a bigger scammer, Everytime I need a service he tries to over exaggerate the situation and I always leave paying at least 80$ for BARLEY ANY RESULTS, and many times you come back hours later and he says he couldn’t fix it so he charges you for labor, and many times he’ll tell you he’s busy that way you can leave and he can just say it took him an hour so you can pay, EITHER WATCH HIM FIX IT or don’t leave your bike it will come out the same condition and you’ll lose money

Just moved to the area and thought I’d try out this shop down the road from my new house. Brought my bike in to have the bottom bracket pulled cleaned and reinstalled only because I didn’t have the correct tool (lost during the move) and rear spokes tightened. Picked up the bike and the work seemed fine. However, when I started riding the bike I noticed something wrong with the shocks, there was a clunking noise and the top right cap for lockout function was completely loosened, I had to tighten it up. Then I noticed my front brakes were not working properly. After checking over the bike I noticed oil all over the forks, front wheel and the back of my truck form where the bike was during transport. Now I know why the brakes aren’t operating properly because they were contaminated with oil. I immediately called the shop and explained what was going on and they said bring the bike in and they’ll check it out. So I did. I show up and started explaining to the owner what I had found with the shocks and he immediately denied ever touching the shocks and proceeded to start yelling at me and telling me to shut up and so on! I could not believe the way I was being treated and spoken to right then and there so I had to walk out without any results. I even spoke with the one tech about trials when I dropped off the bike and he said he used to ride trials. When I picked the bike up he told me he took my bike out and tried doing some trials on it. Maybe something went wrong!I will not be going back there! Poor customer service that’s for sure!

I had recently snapped a spoke on my rear wheel, I stripped everything off the rim to have the spoke replaced and the rim trued. Scott quickly and efficiently had my rim back to normal in no time at all. He also gave me more advice on my wheel in case anything happens again. All for a fair price, I highly recommend going in for any repairs or to get professional advice.
