Millcreek Management hires the landscapers Brookside Landscaping, Brookside landscaping does this to my AC July 8th cut the wire clean and a huge hole in the copper gas pipe. I've been fighting to get a resolution for them to cover breaking my AC attending to the weeds" (spoke with the AC repair guy) he showed me this is what they did and hid it under the weeds surrounding it.Millcreek and the board decided its my problem to deal with

These guys are afraid to talk to residents and just communicate only by email. Bunch of cowards working for a corrupt corporation.

We have had so many issues with Millcreek. They're truly so hard to reach and don't seem to answer their phones ever. Seems to take ages for them to respond via e-mail and usually when they do they're all for themselves and not their residents in their units. We've been ticketed for parking at our place so many times, was even 5 times in 2 weeks! Yet we've lived here for so long. This is all organized by some lonely man who doesn't even own a car himself! I see him all the time walking around all the cars with a massive camera taking pictures with nothing better to do it seems. I don't think he has a job or family, so perhaps boredom has got the best of him.. There are never any parking issues here either, other than what he creates. Ignore this company and ignore their workers, just like they do to us.

Shoddy build, negligence, the list goes on. We know multiple owners by name who battled leaks and infestation. Worse yet is the shady parking racket as of late. Tenants once had 1 main parking pass and 1 for visitor. Many tenants have 2 cars and use both. Suspiciously, they began enforcing 1 tenant car only, stripped away the 2nd spot people relied on, and replaced them with paid “reserved” spots tenants were not told about in advance. By the time we knew what was going on, we’re all told to get on a wait list after they were sold off privately. Numerous households, some are parents with kids, suddenly have nowhere to park their 2nd car and it wasn’t their fault. During Covid no less. Also landscaping has always been hit or miss, and other reviews about lacking trash pickup are true. One owner we know sold and moved due to missing mail, sewage leaks, and harassment over a Canadian flag on his deck (yeah, you know, the country symbol?). Do NOT live with this company. You will regret it.

Terrible!!!In October of 2017 we hired Millcreek Management Inc. According to the by-laws, an annual general meeting should have been held in May or June of 2018, which never happened and we are now well overdue for the annual general meeting.Furthermore, on May 4, 2018 there was an intense windstorm in Southern Ontario and the vinyl siding on the exterior of the building was lifted by the high winds. I notified Millcreek immediately, completed the service request and 6 months later I am still waiting for the repair despite my numerous reminder emails and calls.

I personally enjoy the professionalism, flexibility and service Mill creek management team offers .They recognize on giving the prospect ONLY solutions .

Mill creek cares nothing about the people they are suppose to represent or their properties. Customer service is nil... You'd be lucky to receive any correspondence from them regarding your property or issues you are having. Terrible.

They scammed condo owners and myself. The property manager used our reserve money to fund his private needs and neglected our condo corp. They misled us for a year and some time until I smelt fishy business and reported them to the CMRAO. The CMRAO rep came out and advised they had several legal proceedings against them as they have mismanaged condo funds and neglected other condo owners too. The scam artist has lost his license but this company still seems to be in operation so be careful as this is an organized chain of crime. The previous employee left (whom was ethical) and started her own property management company which we are grateful for and are utilizing now. This new management company advised that our books were not in order and they even neglected to make payments to our vendors. Our condo owners did not receive a water bill for over a year and when they did, the amount was outrageous. When I came to their office to see someone in person, they were non-responsive and would not even provide contact info for the property manager. I had to conduct my owner investigatory work and eventually found the property manager but this entire process was a headache. Please don't walk from them but RUN!

Extremely bad property management company... Hard to reach, rude, and unfair. We've been living at their 50 Howe Drive Condo Complex for 2 years; our vehicles within the last half year have been ticketed by them several+ times... As well as they ticket other people too, even when badges are up and displayed. Since we've been here for 2 years now, there's NO visible issues with parking or lack of spaces available. This is all run by a bored lonely old guy named Farooq who doesn't own a vehicle, or have a job, and has nothing better to do than take pictures of everyone's cars here. It's ridiculous and there are so many people here trying to get on the board so we can put a stop to him, once and for all.
