Hi, I just wanted to let you know that today Feb 8th, my mother and I went to get my son his infant passport photo. Your associate Mathew did an excellent job helping us obtain a professional photo. He had a lot of experience with babies and knew exactly how to guide us to create the most successful photo. He was extremely kind and patient given that my baby was asleep most of the time and would not wake up.I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service.

Dishonest business.I went there in June to take photos for my international passport. The charge for it was supposed to be $28 plus taxes but they charged me $60. When I just found out and called them about it, they told me there's nothing they can do because they couldn't locate a transaction that happened 3 months ago.Take your business somewhere else. There are so many cheaper and better places around.

Lexsan is an amazing worker. very patient and helpful! It is also amazing to have a ups store to print pictures inside of Walmart.

If you are looking for quick and professional passport photos done right the first time, this is the place to go. We took our infant in for both anadian and US format photos and Matthew did a great job on both. You can tell they have a lot of experience and know what they are doing.

Went to this UPS store location with quite a few boxes to ship and little knowledge on the process. Mario A was very helpful and spent time with my guiding me through the process from start to finish. I felt i needed to write this positive review as Mario's knowledge and helpfulness was above and beyond. Well done, Mario. I will definitely be coming to this location again for my shipping needs.

Do yourself a favor and don't bother getting your passport/visa photo from here. The employee sent the photo to the wrong email and would not admit it. Blatant violation of privacy.Also, the photo sent to email did not match the dimensions of the physical copy.On top of all, she tells you - upload and see if it gets accepted or rejected lol. That's the service you get for 40 bucks a piece. I'd simply take my business elsewhere.The employee clearly had an I know than you" attitude - Oh you didn't get the email? You must have given me the wrong email. She wouldn't show me the paper I wrote the email address on. Cos she made a mistake and would rather lie than admit it.Judging by other comments

Sarath was amazing took weeks to get our 2 year old to take the picture for his passport but he let us take our time and even gave him a toy and finally we got the shot. Off to Dominican!!!!
