My husband and I went for massages. His was with an RMT for a therapeutic massage and mine was supposed to be a relaxation massage". I was a bit concerned that she never reviewed my form. I know she didn't as she didn't ask me any questions about the cancer I have and had mentioned on this form. Every massage I have had

Got my nails done by Mai. She was such courteous, friendly and professional person. The whole customer experience left me feeling relax and happy. My nails looks so cute (not bragging ☺️). I'll definitely book her on for my next appointment. Thanks Mai !!

I paid over $600 for my husband and I to spend 2.5 hours of relaxation after 8 months of chemo and radiation. The massage ( done by a male) was wonderful He spoke quietly and I felt like he cared, especially because he was on a feeding tube he was very accommodating. However, the gal who did my facial, didn't seem to care about anything. She was noisy , clanging things around , kinda like just going thru the motions kinda thing. My manicure took only 15 min, and she rushed thru the painting of my nails so much that they bubbled and it was all off by the end of the night and filed them down so much I look like I bit my nails...which I don't. See photo. So after all was done, I wasn't so happy, but paid. She didn't know how to use the credit card machine ....so it cliched , but that was okay- I can accept that everyone needs to learn. After payment was made- she looked at me and said, what no tip?" I don't think I have ever had anyone say that to me. I felt badly so I went back to my room and brought back a cash tip. She didn't ever say thank you. I do NOT recommend this spa. Save your money! It was a pure waste of my 2 weeks paycheck that I had saved up"
