Pikto

I ordered 4 high quality prints on metalic paper for a cost of around $55. They are dark and dull and unusable so a total waste of money. A very disappointing experience. I would not use Pikto again.

I ordered a photo book and it turned out very nice. great quality and super fast shipping! I was impressed that I got it within the same week which helped since it was a last minute gift. Will be printing more photos here.

I decided to make photo book for a birthday and didn't leave myself much time. Pikto customer service was excellent - they were able to print out the book in a few days and even arranged for delivery day of (my initial plan was to pick up thinking it would be faster, when it fact, they made my life SO much easier). They were so so helpful. The quality was also amazing and most importantly, it was a great birthday hit. Thank you Pikto!

I trust no other company with my photo books. Just sent my 6th book to print today. I've also done postcards and image prints through Pikto. Here's why I use this company exclusively:1. Privacy and security. Your images are your own, used only for the purpose of making your book; you can delete them whenever you like. Unlike other companies, they don't use your images for marketing purposes (check the privacy statements of Pikto's competitors to read what image rights you're giving away by using them).2. Quality. The premium linen cover books are spectacular. Paper quality is excellent. Image printing is faithful to the originals and binding is tight. I haven't seen better quality in the photo book market.3. Simplicity. From uploading to book assembly to ordering, it's all seamless. I use the full editor but the simple editor makes it even easier. Plus it's all web-based so you don't need to download software to create your book file.4. Canadian. Pikto isn't a marketing front that takes your order and jobs it out to an offshore printer. They take care of your project in Ontario, start to finish.Print your work and your memories. Hard drives fail and sooner or later Facebook will lose your images. Pikto books are forever.

Once you’ve experienced the quality of Pikto, you cannot go back! I have done multiple photo books and prints. I find their website user friendly. I enjoy the selection of products they offer. They always have sales too! Pikto also has great customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to support me with my questions and orders. I will continue to use Pikto first as my printing service before anything else! And their Canadian too! Eh!

I did a memorial book for a good friends family. We decided to go with the higher quality option and the result was amazing. Beautiful book. Everyone was impressed. The family asked to have me print 3 more and I contacted Pikto to get a good price as the first one was printed with a Black Friday discount. With some back and forth I was able to get a 10% discount which really didn't leave me too happy. When I went to check on the status I noticed that they were now having a 35% off sale on their books. I sent an email expressing my displeasure of what had happened and asked for a credit. I was not expecting to get one. Within 12 hours a credit was issued and it changed everything for me. In this day and age it is more challenging to feel like the customer has any importance. A big bravo to Pikto and Marek for turning a challenging experience into a great experience.
