Paula is so kind and gentle with the dogs she is grooming. She doesn't tie them up to restrain them. She can just talk to them and they seem to understand that she won't hurt them, she is just making them beautiful again.

The service was fantastic and Paula was great with my dog, making her feel comfortable. She was happy and excited when I picked her up! The COVID protocol was adhered to making me feel comfortable. My dog looks great and the appointment was only 1.5h for a full wash, cut, and nail trim for a medium-sized, very shaggy Bernese-poodle.

Very competent. Knows all the breed standards. Excellent at handling the dogs: does not use a tether loop. This is my second terrier that I’ve brought to Paula. She has been looking after my dogs for close to two decades!

Absolutely the #1 groomer and for special dogs too. Our Shera is highly anxious, very nervous and also previously traumatized by bad nail trims, so she is very nail fearful about her paws and scared. When our baby became less mobile due to epilepsy, Paula made an exception and came to do our baby at our home, where she is comfortable, she talks to her in a loving way, she is in the best capable hands with Paula. Don't be fooled by this small little place, other groomers hide behind the fancy bells and whistles, but believe me, it doesn't mean they are competent. Paula is our gem up on the mountain. Paula is phenomenal. I have taken my dog Howard to her for over 6 years now. Not only is she very reasonably priced and friendly, she does the best job. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about your pets, you need to see her.

Wow we brought our 6 mo. old standard poodle to Paula and she did an amazing job. Especially around the face, muzzle, and eyes. She is very knowledgeable about styles of cuts, we showed her a couple sample pictures of what we wanted and she did the rest. Our dog came out happy and looking great for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Just had my 3 year old Morky groomed by Paula. She is so kind, patient and knows exactly how to talk to my dog. I like that she doesn't restrain dogs with the post and a leash. She just whips my puppy around and voila she's gorgeous. I liked that I could stay with my puppy and actually touch her while she's being groomed. Which calms her down. Hands down the best grooming she's ever had.

What can I say; she's just the absolute BEST. Small dogs or large, they all love her. So do we, she does a fantastic job every time.

Pawla did an amazing job grooming my Havanese puppy. She did exactly what I wanted and he looks amazing! Most groomers just want to shave your dog but Pawla was able to give him a beautiful scissor cut. I can't forget to mention that he prices are fabulous! I will be back again and again.
