I had an amazing experience with Aerotek. My recruiter, Therese was very patient with me in the whole process and made me feel so valued. She was incredibly responsive and gave me great tips to make sure i felt prepared and confident for interviews which led me getting two job offer from reputed firms specially at the time of covid-19.I recommend Aerotek to everyone because their service is easy, efficient and provide excellent results.

Working with Aerotek was great! They will support you all the way. What I like of Aerotek is that they really care for their employee. In my company which I am working now, we have some Ukranians, who were temporary employees and some of them were from Aerotek, some from a different agency. Unfortunately, due to recession, all temporaray employee from my company were laid-off. What Aetotek did (and this is what impressed me) Aerotek DID NOT left these poor Ukranian alone but instead Aerotek tried to find another job for them. And what I heard is that most of the Ukranians that were with Aerotek got a job.Kudos to you AEROTEK.

My experience with Aerotek was one of the best I've had with a recruitment agency. I worked with Devin, who was a major help in getting me employed. He was very friendly and professional, and provided all the correct information without over-promising their role.My area of expertise was a bit niche, but Devin was able to find the right fit instead of trying to throw me in a position that I had no interest in (other agencies tried to do this). He also kept in touch with me before, during, and after the hiring process to make sure everything was going on smoothly. He made sure he was available to answer any questions I had.Being unemployed is a stressful situation, but Aerotek and Devin really helped me out. Definitely recommending anyone who is seeking employment to give them a call and have a friendly chat!

Aerotek for me was a great opportunity to finding my first job in Canada, also I would appreciate a person how was very kind and professional and fully knowledgeable about recruitment.His name is Thomas Thiessen! Everybody, In general, may have a job, but some people by their job gives to people Hope and Happiness and Thomas were one of them! UTTERLY USELESS & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I applied for a position through the Indeed website for one of their 'Clients' & was contacted by the recruiter, Pallavi Ramappa who apparently posted the position. She left me a couple of voicemails (without leaving her name both times) along with a follow-up e-mail (this time with her name). Her e-mail left a link to schedule a date/time to have a 15-minute discussion, which I booked for Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 3p (E.S.T.). I received a confirmation e-mail of the scheduled call. 3p came by & went with no phone call & no further contact. GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION! Imagine me as a potential employee doing the same thing?! Another recruiter, another WASTE OF TIME & another affirmation/confirmation of why I need to avoid recruiters PERIOD--the outcome is RARELY worth the time.

I’m super happy as I got a job thanks to Brendan Williams help! He posted a job offer in Facebook so I direct messaged him, he replied very quickly and kindly. However, when I sent him my resume, Aerotek had already hired someone for the job, so I ended up asking Brendan to keep me updated on any new job offers. Once he got one in my field, he immediately contacted me and I found the available position very interesting! I went to a meeting session with him the next day and got great tips for my interview with the company. He send me questions that could potentially be asked and he did very motivational follow ups. Initially I was nervous, but he totally made the hiring process less stressful. I feel very enthusiastic about my new job! Thank you Brendan, you have a great talent!!

This was my first experience working with a recruitment agency in Canada and I must say that it was indeed a very positive experience. I applied for a position on their website and got a call within two days. I was assisted by Devin B. It was absolutely wonderful to work with him. His approach was very friendly and after the first meeting session with him, he detailed out the job description to me and addressed any concerns that I had regarding the job. The interview was scheduled within two days. He went the extra mile in preparing me for the interview and also made me do a mock-interview before the main one as well. It seemed as though he genuinely wanted me to get the job. That is the kind of approach you look forward to in a recruiter :). And yes! I got the JOB! :) and all within a week! Even after getting the job they would call in to check if everything is ok and also provide assistance whenever needed. Devin and Aerotek, thank u for helping me get my first full-time job in Canada and making this process super-easy! I am really thankful for all the help! :)
