Nice One Nails

I booked mani pedis for myself and two friends who were visiting me from the US. Our appointments were at 3.30 pm. We waited at the reception for about 10 minutes where no staff was available. When someone did come to the reception, they spoke to two other girls who came in after us whose appointments were at 4 pm. After the staff spoke to us, they made us wait in the pedicure chairs till 4 pm. The two girls that had come in after us were booked for manicures but they wanted to switch their appointment to pedicures. The staff agreed and attended them before us. They told us they were understaffed and asked us to wait another 20 minutes in the pedicure chairs. We were really upset and told them we were leaving. While we were leaving, one of the staff said “sorry” with her back turned to us whilst working on her customer’s nails. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never be going back. Not even if they offer a free service.

They did awesome job on my nails. If I could give more than 5 star, I would. I definitely recommend and will come back.

Had a great experience here. We booked an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and professional. Such a great pedicure, even got a foot and calve massage!

I am not sure what people are complaining about. I have been going here for over 12 years. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. They last up to 4 weeks and then, are simply too long but I am pretty sure they would last much longer. They, like everywhere else, are understaffed but if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, they definitely do a great job!

I had an amazing experience with Sonny! He was very personable, funny, and most of all an amazing artist. I came in 30mins to closing (oops) and Sonny stayed open for me an extra hour - I didn’t even realize until I noticed we were the only people there (I got a pedicure and chrome bio gels!). He really pays attention to details and gives you what you want. Thank you Sonny ❤️❤️❤️

Half Leg is $32 but in the website is $28Regular colour - Pedicure (Took 20mins) Cost $34 (Expensive)I also ask for Full L. Wax but they did only half.

Run down location, some of the pedicure chairs have worn holes and are duct taped. It's definitely not a high-end salon, and certainly not a relaxing environment. Loud TVs playing, people talking loudly. That said, I was happy with the quality of my mani pedi (but there are several other salons that offer quality service in much nicer atmosphere).

got my acrylics done here, NO lifting, NO chipping, SO good quality. staff is friendly and hardworking. would definitely come again!

They do an ok pedicure but they aren’t very good at treating you with respect. They rarely smile. They are very cold and uninviting at this particular salon. Orleans doesn’t have a decent place to get your nails done properly. They are lazy and lack training and skill…

I've been going to see Lily for a few months now, she takes great care with the details, especially pedicures - but my gel nails are great too! My nails have never broken (I'm really hard on them and do a lot of work with my hands) and grow out nicely until our next appointment. I'm especially happy with today's nails and wanted to include a picture. They are also good with accommodating last-minute appointments which I appreciate!
