I have been very happy with the service and medical support I have received from this clinic. NP Andrena McDonald and her support staff respond quickly and listen carefully to my medical concerns. Through her holistic approach, this has helped me to improve my health considerably.

I always have a wonderful experience with NP Health Clinic. Andrena has helped me navigate through some incredibly difficult health issues, including rheumatoid arthritis. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and is always available for an urgent appointment, prescription refill or just to chat about your treatment plan. I can honestly say I think I would still be waiting for a specialist appointment for my RA if I didn't have Andrena managing my care.

Having being diagnosed with cancer last year, I was looking for an integrative approach to compliment my conventional treatments. I believe in a get to the root cause approach, had done a tonne of reading and was looking for someone who would do the genetic testing needed to get me going on my integrative path. Andrena is amazing. She is so kind and caring, very knowledgeable and Sean who answers all my emails is so efficient it’s crazy. I’d highly recommend NP Health Clinic. She also works with some amazing Naturopaths that are outstanding. I’m very thankful to have found her.

They definitely don’t believe in one pill per ill. They are accommodating to in person,virtual appointments and home visits.There needs to be more access to primary health care clinics like this one!

Andrena McDonald and NP Health Clinic provide the best care that I have seen in health practitioners. Not only is Andrena attentive and caring, her staff are also very detail oriented and thorough. Andrena does not hesitate to get the care needed and works diligently to ensure that every patient is seen right away by the appropriate specialists and imaging and testing centers. She takes the care of the patient very seriously and will do what it takes to make sure that every patient has the care they deserve!

Andrena takes a ‘whole picture’ approach to health care and has a team of experts (both holistic practitioners & western medicine practitioners) to call on to ensure every client gets the help and support they need - especially when dealing with multiple issues. Andrena is knowledgeable, caring and is invested in her patients’ well-being, using every resource possible to ensure the best plan forward. And, as a bonus, she is also very cheerful and positive; you can’t help but be happy to meet her, no matter what health issues you are dealing with. And I cannot forget to mention Sean. He is so courteous and helpful. Booking appointments has been a breeze and he is always ready with additional information when you need it.
