Borrachos Mexican American Diner
Let's be clear, Boss's pizza didn't fail. They moved locations. Borrachos isn't going to fail. They are new and starting and still have to work out the kinks. The service leaves much to be desired but the food was great. Ours came out hot and fresh. The water did taste weird? And the water that was used to make the rice equally left the rice tasting strange. However, that aside, I look forward to you all getting better. Thanks for lunch today.

We've been here 6 or 7 times since they opened a few weeks ago. Mexican food has never been my first choice, until I ate here. Hands down the BEST refried beans I've ever had. And the beef brisket ANYTHING is the BOMB!!Most everything is made in-house. The atmosphere is unique. The staff is great. Highly recommend

Redecorating a failed restaurant with piñatas and chili pepper fabric does not a Mexican restaurant make. We came here for Mother’s Day because my mom had heard good things from her friends about the food. Biggest disappointment we’ve had in a long time. There were three of us and we all ordered something different so we could try things and see what we liked. The menu was small with limited options, and after getting our food we quickly realized we should have just gone to Taco Bell. The first indicator that the food wasn’t going to be good was the salsa, if you can call it that. It seemed like it was just mashed up vegetables and water, absolutely no flavor or spice. Our meals were even worse, thankfully they had Cholula because that was the only way we could even eat a few bites of our food. The portions were small and overpriced, no flavor, no spice, the most bland “Mexican” food you will ever eat. Typically if the food isn’t great at least the service will make up for it, but the service was just as bad. Our waitress had a terrible attitude, was rude, and acted as if doing her job was an inconvenience. She also never went over any of the specials or the specials that were going on that day, there was another woman who had to go to each of the tables to tell everyone for her. We were also told by the same woman, NOT our waitress, about a dessert for the moms and we never received that either. We also overheard a waitress complaining to the other waitresses that her table had complained about her. Take that to the back, you don’t discuss issues in front of customers, it’s no wonder they complained about her.All in all, this will certainly be another failed restaurant in that location. Save yourself money and go literally anywhere else, or buy yourself some taco seasoning and tortillas from the grocery store because even that would be better than the food served here.

Great food! Great service! We have eaten here twice and loved it both times! It has quickly become a favorite dinner choice! If you like authentic Mexican food this is the place to go! House margaritas are fabulous!

How hard is a new restaurant start up??? Not hard When you have the best Colorado Chili Verde around.. Mexican candy shots that are out of this world... and an owner that has a big vision.We went for the tacos right...All you can eat tacos chicken or seasoned beef... outstanding grilled tacos. While the grilled tacos were new and delight. Colorado chili Verde was great! This place is gonna go somewhere....

So good... mexican comfort food at its best... I don't know how they make the refried beans but... they ain't your normal beans... and all the meats taste cooked for hours with love....

Servers were very friendly! I had a Strawberry Margarita & a Wet Burrito (Brisket). Margarita was on point! The Burrito was so good!! Kids eat free on Sundays. Loved the whole vibe in there. Definitely coming back!

My husband had the Birria Burger and absolutely loved it. I had the chicken chimichanga's. I would argue with anyone that this is the best authentic Mexican in town. The owners are absolutely amazing and are a close family. Everything is homemade and full of flavor and fresh! They are a new little restaurant, spread the word and go enjoy some real Mexican flavor! We will be going again for sure.

The food is tasty and seasoned. The waitress was kind. The location was a bit tricky to find because it's located in a hotel.
