Maple Grove Floral

The problem with ordering flowers when you're out of state is that you are fully at the mercy of the business. You have no idea what the final product will look like and you can only use Google or Yelp reviews to gauge whether a business is credible. I am writing this review in an effort to help other out of town purchasers. On November 19 i placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to a business on November 22. Plenty of notice in my opinion. The flowers were delivered on November 23. The colleague I was delivering them to was off work on November 23 and lives an hour away from the delivery location which is precisely why i asked that they be delivered on November 22, not the 23rd! The flowers sat in the office over the long Thanksgiving holiday and when she returned to work on Monday, November 28, they were not at their freshest, obviously, and were wilted. I reached out to the business twice to request that the $19 delivery fee be credited back to me. In my opinion, that's the least they could do. I paid you for a service to delivery them on a specific day and you did not meet that expectation. My two inquiries to the business went unanswered. Buyer beware.

What a wonderful experience!! I just ordered the Bundle of Joy (in Blue) floral arrangement. This is an arrangement that I order for all of my grandchildren. It's not about the floral arrangement - it's about the crystal baby block that is a keepsake for each grandchild.In the recent past, I went through Teleflora and did not get this particular arrangement and had more problems with getting the order correct. Today I did my order with Rod, who is an absolute breath of fresh air. He is so knowledgeable, so experienced and so understanding. I'm so happy that I found this florist and I will use them again.

After at first being disappointed that my floral arrangement that was delivered did not seem to match the description on the website; my husband brought them back to the shop to show the owner. He was very gracious and kind, and ended up giving me an even more beautiful arrangement to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you so much! We appreciate it! I absolutely love your beautiful flowers! I received a gift of amazing flowers from Maple Grove Floral. The design was so beautiful with many colored flowers of all shapes and sizes. It is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. I will now go to Maple Grove Floral when I need to send flowers to someone. Creative, beautiful, fresh flowers......what a great gift!

I shopped 3 flower shop for my mom's funeral and Maple Grove flower shop was the one I selected because the price was the most reasonable one. The designer Rob was extremely helpful. He designed 5 arrangements and the product was breath taken. All 5 arrangements flow well with their color and design. The flowers used were high quality. They were better than I expected. Maple Grove flower is the place to go. Best flower, best design, best service and best price. I was impressed.

I received a perfect Lily plant, ordered in Duluth & delivered from Maple Grove store. Today the blossoms are opening!I am SO Pleased!!Thank You!!

Maple Grove Floral is the only florist I will use. The staff is amazing! I’ve used them for several special funeral arrangements as well as wedding flowers and Raed had completely amazed us. Making a lasting impression thru flowers is his passion and it shows. They are simply the best!

Last week I called and asked for an $80 mixed arrangement for my best friends birthday. 2 hours later I get pictures and phone call from her saying she just received the most GORGEOUS arrangement. I will always use this flower shop from now on for that area. THANK YOU WENDY for giving my best friend of 20 years an amazing birthday arrangement. I received these flowers last week from my friend for over 30 years. What a beautiful arrangement and they still look great a week later! I stopped in today to get plastic liner for a pot that I wanted to transplant a Christmas Cactus in. They went out of their way to help me out even though they were super busy trying to get flowers out the door for the Thanksgiving holiday. I will be back!
