Bought some PPE gear at this shop. Friendly folks and very knowledgeable. I may get a knee brace there next. They had wheelchairs and a lot of equipment to help disabled people and older people.

We had a mobility scooter that wouldn't move and were thinking it was probably dead batteries but weren't sure. We drove from Guelph to Georgetown on a Saturday afternoon and the man who we dealt with was wonderful. He did a couple of tests on the old batteries to make sure we didn't spend hundreds of dollars on new batteries we may not need. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this honest business. Only drawback was the sign on the door said everyone needs masks and the lady who initially helped us and at times was within a few inches from us didn't wear one. My husband is a liver transplant and cancer survivor so we were a bit disappointed.

Outstanding service from Bill as well as valued input, advice and guidance for a wheelchair ramp for my 102-year-old father.
