I have FINALLY found a shop to take my car to for repairs that I can trust! Super friendly staff! Very affordable for the great quality of work that you get!!! I have an appointment next week as a matter of fact and I'm looking forward to it!!

I have sold a couple of vehicles here and the process is fair. They don’t pay top dollar and they charge a fairly high price for parts. That said everyone is nice, however it’s not the best value for your dollar. You can drive your beater here for $250 or have Kenny U Pull pick it up for $400-500. I would like to give a higher rating.

DON’T GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED THERE. This place is only good to purchase used parts not to get your vehicle serviced there. I went there to change a starter and an oxygen sensor. And get the control arm checked. I spent 4 hours waiting for my car to get done and they didn’t even get it done. They came to me and said oh we got the wrong oxygen sensor it’s going to be few minutes and the guy should be here soon with the part . Every 10 minutes I asked the gentleman behind the desk he said it should be here soon and no one showed up. At 4:40pm 20min before closing they took the car down and parked it at the front door. They didn’t even bothered to check the control arm and loose the oxygen sensor as what I requested.They wasted my time and they didn’t get my car done. Any mechanic shouldn’t take him more than 40 min to remove the old starter and put a new one.

Consistently great service and friendly staff who treat you with respect, who don't make me feel like I'm a disposable customer. They take the time to talk through issues, pricing and have been amazing for any emergency fixes. Definitely recommend!

Accommodating but the customer needs to check EVERYTHING! Can't trust these guys for color/condition/damage. Ordered parts as NEW. Received different color with some paint damage. Scott said: they're not responsible for paint condition....But, this shop is the closest to Detroit.

I want to thank Chris and Vicki for being so helpful when I called on Tuesday. I had called 4 other recycling companies before them, with no one returning my calls. I was getting a school bus towed out of the Niagara Safety Village. As of Wednesday afternoon the bus had been towed out by Parkway Towing. You are all so efficient and friendly. Never deal with Mike Ventresca. Horrible service rep. Asked for a black leather seat and received vinyl with harness cut and missing pieces. Was told if I wanted to return it would be charged 20% restocking fee for his error. Bought parts here before and was pleased. This guy is a real d-bag.

Will never ever deal here again. Purchased a part to be delivered OUT OF PROVINCE and they charged me their provincial sales tax, refusing to simply change the province of residence under billing address. So as a result I paid more then I should have to. When I brought this to their attention I was told to bad". Great way to handle business.
