If you need your prescription in a timely manner, Costco pharmacy is NOT the place. Dropped off the script 1.5h before store closing and was told that nothing will be ready until 10AM the next day.In general, I find more helpful and efficient services at Save On Foods or Shopper’s Drug Mart, where the pharmacists are friendly, approachable and interested in patient welfare. I will not be coming back to Costco Pharmacy even though I am a big fan of Costco.

Best prices on drugs around. They have the lowest dispensing fee ($4.49 currently) and generally lowest price on the drug itself.The downside is that the wait times are rarely less than 45 minutes and typically 1 hour from my experience. Some items are behind the counter and ready for sale, but otherwise expect to wait a while. You can kill time by shopping or eating at their food court, or drop it off and come back later/tomorrow.To me, the inconvenience is worth the savings.MasterCard and debit only (same as the rest of Costco).

One of the pharmacists was being helpful and beyond. She look at the infection I have and recommend me to get doctor check up in person. (while most of the doctors only do phone appointment) Told me where I can find in person clinic.

Extraordinarily bad experience with staff. As a solo business traveller needing to get a prescription refilled, gave me an unexpected run around that passed me through a different Costco Pharmacy location whose service was so much better. Respose to my complaint was ambivalence!

They updated their system and you need to call ahead for a faxed prescription. They did not inform their patients of this change causing huge backlogs. Complete incompetence. Even if it's the best price, my time is valuable and I won't be going there anymore.

Had to wait 1week to have a Rx filled. Then when I went to pick up, I was told by the pharmacist that they needed to order the medication. Then as I went again, the compound had to be mixed as it had just arrived! The pharmacist in the telephone was very rude. I told her I would not give a good review as my experience at the Pharmacy was very disappointing
