Slow service. Got to change my client card for a new service then I am unable to use it. Right now I can not depoosit moneh into my svcount through ghr ATM.

There never answering there phone. and when they do they literally do nothing, this also goes for the online banking and support. the service hours are minimal 10:00am to 3:00pm and there only about 3 locations on the island for walk in banking.

The WORST experience in dealing with their mortgage division aka Optimum (and when you talk about financial institutions, that says alot!) Forgot" to send documents to lawyer; after getting signed docs from our lawyer requested no less than three more documents be signed; several days behind advancing funds needed for house purchase; constant phone msgs not returned. I've never had a worst customer service experience than dealing with a mortgage specialist" at this location. Figures seem to be made up on the spot and talk is very cheap here. Get everything in writing if you want to risk doing business here. I was encouraged to seek another bank when voicing concerns."

Huge shout out to Abigail at Canadian Western Bank Nanaimo. I just opened a new business and personal bank account with them today. Right from my first call last week, Abigail was very welcoming, helpful and kind.
