Worst management ever seen in my life ,place very dirty low pay rate .

This is the worst place to work. Day shift supervisor Mohan and his Boss (don't know the name) treat their employees like slaves. The work environment is totally unprofessional. I don't understand how they are able to run this machining factory. I will never go back here.

Read some bad reviews, but thought I'll still go to the interview and give it a try. I've worked as a machine operator in many places and I have to say this is the worst worst factory to work at. For a 9h shift only 10min break and 20min only for lunch. Not even allowed to take a break unpaid. During the shift only washroom breaks are allowed only if its an emergency. The supervisor (Mohan) gave me a tour and while giving me the tour the way he treated the workers gave it all off. Worst management and especially Mohan treatment to the workers. Everyone there looks miserable and almost abused into work. Very bad experience don't recommend at all.

The Indian dayshift supervisor has no leadership and people skills when communicating with employees. Only forms of yelling and showcasing I am the big - boss type leadership. The only supervisor at this company that will attend with Human resource manager for in-person interviews for shop floor jobs. No other companies ever have to sit down with a supervisor for a job interview. It is usually with Human resources and not both. So that was a bad omen sign that management have no clue what they are doing. Lack of knowledge of the Industry and technology. This is not 1960's supervisory and management leadership tactics, it is 2022 today. Stay away from Sphere Manufacturing @ 2053 Shirley Dr, Kitchener, ON N2B 3X4 near Bingemans. I warned you folks.
