BCLIQUOR Whalley

I arrived at 6:28pm to return one dollar worth of empty beer cans, there was a sign on the desk of the empty returns area that stated 6:30pm the empty returns closes.I checked my phone and it was 6:29pm,I tried asking one lady employee who had just finished doing some work on a shelf restocking, she said it's 6:30 and we can't take anymore empties. She didn't even check the exact time when she told me that. I didn't want to argue or speak with her any further because I already asked nicely the first time so I left the store. This store apparently seems to think they are psychic and think oh heck it's a couple minutes or so before 6:30pm and that nobody else is coming to return empties which they were absolutely wrong. Other than returning alcoholic beverages containers, I'll never give any of the liquor stores, cold beer and wine stores business whatsoever. I'm glad I quit alcohol years ago and all your alcohol companies are a major waste of space and existence in this Universe causing more harm than good as history has shown.

Smaller store so less variety but staff are nice and helpful.

Super friendly staff who take pleasure in assisting you.. even to find products they dont carry in the store. Apparently you can order special items provided you order the right amout . Excellent service. I am pleased with the new (to me) hours of operation too. I grew up with all liquor stores closed on weekends!!

Well stocked, friendly staff, helpful. Only con is area looks a little rough but not really that bad.

By soo far this BC Liquor Store location is the most friendly staffs and professional. If I were to compare with the other locations I have been to. :)
