I ordered today at 630pm, and the lady who served me was very rude and the milk tea she gave me was very disgusting very dissatisfied and dissapointed!!! You better watch girl we are watching you!

I asked if their yogurt is 0 fat and they said yes I even asked about the mango flavor they said yes After that, the employee assumed I wanted mango yogurt and started to make me one I said can I have vanilla yogurt. The employee thought I wanted two yogurt I replied with no I only wanted one you assumed I wanted the mango yogurt when I asked if it was non-fat. The employee let out a big sigh and looked down, when it came to paying for the yogurt the employee didn't even look me in eyes and or smiled the person stayed looking down even after the finished setting up the transaction.

I have always liked the frozen yogurt here. It's quite expensive though. I bought my daughter a bubble tea today and she enjoyed it. Convienient location in the food court.

The girls were very rude and not nice at all. I ordered a slushy taro, it was basically liquid like a milk tea and I spoke to one of the girls about it and she rolled her eyes and was rudely reluctant to fix it. She ended up adding more ice to make it a slushy and it completely watered the drink down! Tasted terrible

Slushies and smoothies were great! However, like a lot of reviews here, the customer service wasn’t the best. It’s understandable since the food court is teeming with people.

This place has become a rip off. My wife ordered a Strawberry slush and literally the employee dropped just one strawberry. The rest was water, colorant and a tone of sure for almost 9 dollars. The funny part is that when my wife asked about it, she said that now it’s like that.

My key lime pie frozen yogurt was delicious. The girl working there wasn’t very nice. I know it’s probably a hard gig or maybe she wasn’t having a great day, but a smile and a “have a good day” would’ve gone far. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Review would have been 5 stars if she said “hi how are you?” Or even acknowledged me. She made a killer frozen yogurt tho! Good job on that.

Unacceptable customer service, I stood waiting to be served only to be ignored and had the person behind me helped before me. When I went infront of the employee to be served, she looked passed me and asked if anyone would like to be helped instead of asking me. I felt disrespected as she physically was trying to look passed me and call me instead of asking if I needed help, I tried to order a cup and a drink but she took my yogurt order then walked away. I just paid for the yogurt and walked away because of how poor the service was from the female with bangs and how disrespected I felt.
