Access Storage - Whitby

I have been meaning to leave a review and I wish I had sooner. The staff is so wonderful.. friendly, helpful and knowledgable.The facility is one of the cleanest that I have seen.I highly recommend this business to safely store your stuff!

Very friendly and helpful service. They made sure we understand the deal, showed us the storage locker, made sure we knew we could upgrade if required and helped us on our first visit. Overall an outstanding experience.

I love working with the lovely team at Access Storage Whitby Mall. They are friendly, and efficient and were very helpful in setting up a switch in lockers for me from a small one to a larger space. I love the first-month free offer and the fact that any monies paid on a partial month are credited to the rent on the larger space. Rates are very reasonable as well. I feel good that my items are being stored in a clean, safe place. Thank you for your service.

My experience at access storage was amazing! It started with a super polite and helpful phone call from one of the associates where all of my questions were answered in great detail - there was no long wait times on the phone either, I was connected to an associate instantly which was so convenient! When I arrived at Access Storage, the front desk associate, Nicole, was the sweetest and most helpful women in the world - she was quick to go over all of the paperwork, but made sure to emphasize any important things to keep in mind! She then went above and beyond and showed us exactly where our locker was and made sure everything was clean and ready to go! Nicole was truly the cherry on top of the perfect service! I could not recommend access storage more or emphasize how helpful and friendly Nicole and all of the staff are! You won’t regret going with Access Storage!

These guys are best. Friendly staff, so good to deal with. Clean lockers. They go above and beyond to make sure your stuff is safe and you are happy.

The Whitby Mall location is great. Super clean! Great attentive staff that were able to help me with my billing. I will use them again!

My experience with Amanda at the Whitby location was nothing short of amazing. She was very easy to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend renting space at this location, very clean and safe.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Plenty of carts to make loading and unloading easy. Place is clean and is in a great location.

What a lovely, bright and clean location! I was initially a little skeptical about the location of the storage facility, but when I came in a few weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived, I was greeted by Nicole and Amanda -who walked me through the facility and showed me some units. They were super friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient. They even went through the entire agreement with me, answering my endless questions. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Overall really good. Every time I called and spoke to someone they were always friendly and helpful. I think the price of the unit is a little high for the size. My one big critique was that I was misinformed about insurance when I booked. When I first booked my unit I got the first 4 weeks for free, and then was told by the agent that insurance after that was optional. That was untrue. Apparently because this location was attached to a mall, insurance was mandatory. The booking agent should’ve known and informed me of that.
