Cremation & Celebrations London

We were so grateful for the compassion, kindness, sincerity, and attention to detail that Colin and co-workers from Cremations and Celebrations provided to us during such a heart breaking time in our life. They listened to us, learned who our daughter was, and made some very incredible and unexpected little touches to our daughters celebration of life that will never be forgotten. Their attention to detail is incredible, and were more then willing to make anything we needed or wanted for her celebration of life happen.

People always says that any funeral business is very easy to work with. But, what make this one be different is that Wes, Colin and everybody from Haskett team are really trying to help you. Even there is no money involves.We were in another country and were in the last step of dealing with the things for our lost. We have to switch to a local funeral home. In this situation, we know that will cost very little, but need a someone to help. I have called/emailed a few different funeral homes. But, no one will provide this type of services (The same services will be provided if you are using them since the beginning)After I contact Haskett, I got a reply from Colin right away and they are happy to help. They even met us Friday after hours. Communication with them are very easy. They promptly reply emails and phone calls. In the end, they did not take our payment.I can not Thank them enough.

Haskett Funeral Homes was a delight to deal with! My husband passed away at home & they were very respectful in dealing with our families grief and the transportation of my husband. We made a special request that he be taken away and in a Cadillac as he owned a Cadillac & always loved the ride, Haskett honoured that request. They had a person to make all the calls on my behalf to notify insurance etc., that was such a relief as I was not feeling up to it at the time. My heartfelt appreciation to Noah, Jen & Colin at Haskett for their top knotch professionalism, they did everything in their power in assist our family.

Dealing with loss is one of the hardest things, especially an unexpected loss. Haskett's put their arm around my shoulders and guided me with the care you would receive from your big brother. Wes, Colin and the entire staff treated my family as we were a part of their family. Our family went through the most challenging times when the Matriarch of our family suddenly died from a heart attack. We were also in the middle of a pandemic (still are). We were referred to Colin by some family friends. Our initial phone call was with Wes - we asked that they ensure Grandma is kept warm with blankets, socks and a hat as she always had those on. Wes did not make us feel silly for requesting this, but instead, assured us that Grandma would be kept warm. It was then that we knew that we wanted to work with Cremation and Celebrations (C&C).As we are from another country, our cultural norm is to repatriate the deceased back home. This was not fully manageable with the pandemic. Colin and his team worked with us and supported us as we navigated options and eventually decided to lay Grandma to rest in London, ON. We appreciated how transparent the team was with us - pricing, what would work better, what may not work as well etc. C&C staff self educated on our cultural norms and respected and encouraged us to tailor Grandma’s Celebration of Life, the way we wanted to, the way that we would, should we have been back home. We had a loooooot of requests and indecisiveness - mostly stemming from the shock of the loss. We ran into an issue when the flowers we ordered arrived shrivelled - Colin made a call and was able to have replacements from a local provider, delivered in time for the funeral. C&C live streamed everything for us so our families in all prts of the world, could join us virtually. The celebration turned out beautiful and better than we could’ve imagined. Our whole family decided to work on packages with Colin for when we pass, as we wanted to be guaranteed to have this kind of support when our time comes.A huge Thank you to Colin and the entire C&C Team! Although the circumstances we met under were not great, you certainly made it easier to navigate.
