Jugo Juice

It's a shake and smoothie shop with prepared foods ready to go for lunch. They are a food stall in a food court. Stinks are quickly mixed together with the regular pre made ingredients then any extras the customer wants. The green shakes are my favorite though all the shakes are a little too sugared to be considered very healthy. They can make a vegan shake with a little effort as they have soy and almond milk as well as vegan proteins. Staff are usually fine. Parking is available from the mall lots with the rooftop parking being the closest. There are two major transit hubs close by, the Canada line stop for Brighouse and the bus hub for several different buses.

We ordered the Falafel Wrap and there was no hummus inside; it was not right. Also, the cashier let me use the credit card machine when I tried to pay with a gift card when she needed to process the gift card for me instead (she wasted my time because the machine did not respond to the gift card). I tried to ask for her help but she was not available. She rudely pointed at the credit card machine when she asked us if we wanted the wrap to be heated. This was unnecessary and rude. Also, the manager appeared very unapproachable

Nothing bad, nothing special, just your standard Jugo Juice chain.

Good staff, quick, and friendly a little to watery on pb protein today, usually is perfect

I just stood in line behind another customer for almost 5 minutes while two Jugo Juice workers behind the counter were not doing anything and seemed too busy to help us. The customer in front of me walked away after several minutes. I too walked away. Not one time did any worker behind the counter acknowledged us to serve us. This location doesn’t seem too interested in helping anyone. I went elsewhere and ordered lunch. Walked past the Jugo juice on my way out without my lemon shot. Guess I will have to find another place to get my juices and lemon shots from. So sad, because the employees they have here ruined it. I really liked this place.

I come here frequently and today I had a pretty bad experience with one of the workers here. I asked for a drink in the large size and was immediately told they don’t have large size when on the menu it shows they do and right behind the medium sized cups are a stack of the large. I ask him about it and he says no. Only mediums. Fine whatever. I order the drink and then he charges me for large size smoothie. Which I complain about. He gives me back the difference. So dumb. When my drink is ready he practically throws it on the counter spilling the contents. He doesn’t even let me know it’s mine or someone else’s. just leaves it there without saying anything. At which point I have to ask another girl that works there if this is mine.That girl. Super nice. This guy. Absolutely horrible not sure how and or why they hired someone so rude. Won’t be coming back at all.

Nice staff, got my smoothie without too long of a wait and it was delicious. They were out of the 2 first choices I wanted so I’ll have to go back!

Worst service ever.The drink taste is not consistent.

I come here often and today is the worst! I bought 2 drinks and I as I paid for both drink the Chinese cashier didnt even turn back to scan my Jugo rewards.. she was just keep heating up the chicken wraps as I was standing there waiting for her to look back at me and scan the jugo rewards . BUT SHE DIDN’T . So the other lady helped me which is an Indian lady, she scanned my rewards and she saw that I can claim a free drink so she went through it.. but she also didn’t not RECORD the transaction for my order that I made…the CHINESE lady fixed it when I told her what she did but she didn’t even say sorry for her mistake!!!! SERVICE is so bad and the drink is too sour! I can barely finish it. For almost paying $9 for each drink this is very disappointing !! NEVER COMING BACK! I really hope that the head office will check this location!! worst location ever!
