A Perfect 10 Nail Spa

I enjoyed my first visit to A Perfect 10 Nail Spa salon . The man, Mr. Van, who greeted me there, was very nice, and the other customers were also friendly, some of whom I got a chance to speak with briefly about their experiences here as well. I really loved my manicure! I will definitely go back again very soon!

Whenever I get a chance to make a trip to the salon, I've been known to visit this spot. The staff here is exceptional, and they do such an amazing job at cleaning up my crusty hands after a long day of coding! It's great knowing that there are numerous nail salons in my city where they don't mind treating you like family. This one, in particular, is spectacular because it goes above and beyond the customary services offered by your average nail salon. If you're looking for an aesthetic get away from your busy schedule, be sure to pop by ;)

Booked online the day before the service for a removal and shellac manicure. I didn't know they closed at 6, but they still took me in as I booked for 5:45 as I get off later. Two ladies worked on my nails. It felt like a rushed service and my polish was bubbling. As one of the ladies did my arm massage, it was very rushed and rough. In the end, my nails lasted less than five days before chipping.I wrote this review a little later hoping my nails wouldn't chip more, but I had to get them removed by a nail tech at another place.I would have preferred and appreciated if they had contacted me to switch times if it were near closing time.

I've been to this place a couple of times.Never let me down!The staffs are friendly and professional ( they really try their best to make my dream designs happen ), the price is reasonable for students ( you get 10% off if you are a student at UBC).I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great nail salon! Photos of nails that took 3 hrs, the pedicures perfect tho. The nails took an hour but they still bubbled. I think they’re quite nice and talented but I personally just want my time respected :) I will come back if I have 3-4 hrs to spare, otherwise I’ll go elsewhere. I know quality takes time, but just schedule people in for an hour pedicure hour fill if it takes that long and tell customers how long it will actually take.Came 1.5 hours early for appointment. They took in another unscheduled appointment before me and another scheduled at same time, before me, even though I had arrived earlier. They will take forever and not accommodate their appointment times (even though they ask you to make one). They say wait five minutes and they mean 15-50 min. Just a bit unprofessional if you need something fast. respect! It goes both ways, and I respected their time by coming extra early so they could fit me in, instead they fit in 2 others who came after meGood prices but if I’m pressed for time I’d rather pay more. I’ve booked a nail design service previously and had the person tell me she didn’t have time to do my nail service when I had already booked that specific service! I tried a few times to give the benefit of the doubt too, some ppl have off days, this has been the consistent service though sadly. I’ll come back when I have the energy for this type of experience. I think it’s something they could fix... Hope you guys do and I’ll be back no problems, five stars for everyone when scheduling starts working

I visit the nail salon called A Perfect 10 Nail Spa quite often. The prices are reasonable, and they have a great reputation. I always feel well taken care of here and like I've been giving my hands their best treatment when it comes down to keeping my nails looking brand spanking new.

A Perfect 10 Nail Spa has the qualities I value in a nail salon. Its prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and attentive! These aspects rank high on my priority list when I'm looking for a place to get my nails done, so I know that if anyone ever needs to find a great place for their own pedicures, manicures, and waxing services, this nail-care salon is where they should go!

I usually don't write reviews but I recently got a manicure (full set acrylic) done from this place. They took around 2 hours to complete it and left it extremely thick around the edges. They also put some of the gel polish around my fingers and when I asked them to remove it, they did not completely remove it. I have had artificial nails before and have done manicures from several salon's before but they just left my nails feeling so bulky. I had also asked them several times to shorten the length, but they refused to convincing me that long nails are better and I was not very happy with that. I landed up shortening them at home.

A Perfect 10 Nail Spa has received several 5-star reviews. The owners are so unique and sweet. I found my manicurist to be friendly, professional, and talented - qualities that all my nail products have!
