Joe, the owner, came out the next day to diagnose my dishwasher. He found the problem and found it was a clog in the pump. He cleared it, clean down the components, reinstalled and checked everything thoroughly before closing everything up. He was professional and personable. His rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend the company.

UPDATE: Joe made 3 visits to fix my washer, to no avail. It's worn out and needs replacement. I love his no-nonsense approach and the way he handled telling this to my landlord. Very professional young man with a bright future.PREVIOUS: How refreshing to come across this UP business! The repair man was professional and really knew what he was doing. He fixed both my washer and dryer, and his responsiveness to my appliance issues was very fast indeed. I highly recommend him. Definitely keeping his card!
