Pawn Kings Hamilton

I have been to both location in hamilton now and it's hard to say which experience was better. The staff went out of their way to find what I was looking for. On top of that their prices were cheapest in the city. 5 stars for pawn kings.

Very great place to get some quick cash or purchase second hand. The staff are awesome and very understanding and helpful.I was a little nervous because I have never pawned anything but they are very professional and take care of their customers.

I came into this store because I was in a hard spot and needed to borrow some cash. I brought them some gold and they gave me a good price on a loan. It really helped me out, and it was there for me the next month to pick up. They keep it safe and took the time to listen to what I needed and help me out. Very good customer service, would highly recommend if you ever need cash. The owner is hella nice!

Went in to Pawn Kings at kenilworth and main before Christmas, needed some extra cash for the season. They bought all my gold off of me along with some video games and controllers. They went out of the way to take some time showing me the Nintendo switches which my BF was asking for and they hooked me up with a switch and case with all the accessories for way under what I would pay at other games stores. My bf was so happy and surprised to receive exactly what he asked for without breaking the bank! I would highly recommend the store and look forward to going back soon! The staff was patient, friendly, kind and in good spirits for working during the holiday season :).

Went here last month to ask how much they would give for a 18k gold. Told me $20/gram almost laughed out loud until I saw the guy being serious. Oh my god this pawn shop is a joke. What a giant rip off haha! COME HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF HARD HAHA

Store is great! The staff is chill, and I used them for a 30 day buyback and the fee was fair. I was very impressed by the service and the atmosphere was quite comfortable

Very rude people to deal with, not sure why they treat customers with so little respect the younger man working acted like he had much better things to do with his time then help customers. Based on the snooty responses to the other negative reviews from the owner I see this falling on deaf ears sadly.

Went in looking for a new phone and Pawn Kings did not disappoint! The guy helping me was able to answer my questions and helped me pick out a phone i love :)

I’ve never been to or used a pawn shop before in my life. However, while browsing Marketplace on Facebook, I came across a few ads I was interested in and they happened to be for Pawn Kings. I figured if I was going I may as well bring some things to sell as well. The process of selling my items was very smooth and the offer they gave me for everything was extremely fair !! I ended up buying a brand new pair of Studio 3 Beats by Dre and a Series 6 Apple Watch for a fantastic price and walked out with money still. Unfortunately, upon getting home and charging the Apple Watch it was iCloud locked. This is something I should’ve checked before leaving but nonetheless, Pawn Kings was extremely professional on how they handled returning it. They offered to switch it out for another or give me cash back for it. They even tried contacting the former owner multiple times on my behalf to see if we could get the iCloud credentials to lift the lock. Unfortunately that fell through. I ended up going back and getting my money back no question asked. It was my very first pawn shop experience and it turned out to be an extremely positive one. I would recommend anyone to go to Pawn Kings if they are looking to sell some things and buy some quality products !! 5/5 stars even though I had to bring one thing back.
