Napa Autopro - Redcliff

We were driving cross country and our check engine light came on in town. Within 30 minutes they had run tests, identified the problem, and tried to find the part in town. When they couldn't find it they refused payment for the assessment (we offered multiple times). They advised us to keep going and said we could get it fixed in Calgary. We made it just fine.Owner said we get a lot of travelers and want to take care of them." We believe them"

These guys are reliable,honest and very friendly.they don't put parts on your that you don't need.i refuse to use any other shop.i highly recommend autopro.

The guys went the extra mile to repair my car so I could get back home to Utah. I really appreciate all the work they didand their professionalism. Thank you.

On a road trip with mum, we hear some scraping every time we brake or turn and we call up to see if they can help. Saw us instantly, had the problem identified in minutes, and had us back on the road in just over an hour; and at a cost that was way below our expectations. They talk about meeting some of the best people when you get out on the road, the staff here stand as the truest example of that; and we'll always remember them as the angels that saved our trip.

On a road trip from MB to BC. Suddenly blew the serpentine belt coming out of the Costco gas bar at about 3pm - no A/C suddenly (and quite hot outside). Called Kirk's Tire (previously salvation there!) and they recommended Jamie next door at AutoPro. Called (Jason) and he said come on over. Had us fixed up and on our way ASAP - even gave the fam some bottled water while they waited in the van! Great people, great job done, excellent price - thanks! Recommended!

I have used this place for about 10-11 yrs ish im not 100% , and i would of done A Review long ago but didn’t know about this!Hand down 100% the best quality service i have ever gotten from a mechanic, i recently took my truck into a place in calgary kal tire on 52nd , not once, not twice, not three, but 4 times in the past month with front end issue’s , which cost time and money and they kept saying they think its this! Or that!Also kal tire told me a list of things in the front end are good! WRONG!!!I made 1 phone call explained to owner at Napa Redcliff where i usually always deal immediately said what he thinks it is, set up an appointment got me in as usual and called in less then 2 hrs with a list of parts that should be changed etc!Since day one i have always put good faith and 100% trust in Napa Redcliff, and i highly suggest if you are reading this review and need anything done to your vehicle, give napa redcliff and the guys there a shot you will not be disappointed! And may even have your self a new mechanic!Thanks the owner, and staff over the years!!Chad H.

I needed a quick inspection, they found issues with the rear brakes and happily repaired and explained the problem. I would recommend these guys, great service.

Jamie, Owner/manager, went above and beyond with his incredible service today. I’m sure he could tell that I am inexperienced at taking my car to a garage but was very patient and he listened to my issues and fixed me up and had me on my way as soon as he possibly could. He clearly informed me why I was having the problem and then explained in detail exactly what he did to resolve my issue. Unfortunately I did not make an appointment, Jamie politely explained that he had a few vehicles ahead of me that had been promised and had to take priority over me and I had no problem coming back when it was my turn. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!5 star all the way....

Late at night on Victoria Day the alternator quit. We were leaving Redcliff on our way back home to Calgary. We had the car towed here and waited until morning for the shop to open. They took our car into the service bay and had us back on the road by 11 AM!
