I’ve gone only twice, both times my service felt very rushed. The last time, the lady cut my finger by pushing too hard into my cuticle bed. Not only that she didn’t do the colour I asked for. I felt she was more focused on talking to her coworkers instead of working

Sent my step daughters here because of the good reviews and when we picked them up they had cut the 12 year old multiple times and didn't even finish the set of nails.They gave her $10 off and a small bottle of lotion which is absolutely unacceptable. Now we have to monitor for infection on both of her hands.So don't bother coming here, they don't perform the service well and rip off 12 year old girls.

I tried to give them more than 1 chance but there is one specific girl that hurts me and my mom everytime we get her and it takes her twice as long as the other girls and they are never the same length either. After this last one I won’t be going back unfortunately

Been coming here for acrylics on/off since 2018. Sometimes services can feel a bit rushed because they are quite busy, but I recommend making an appointment instead of walking in. Staff are always willing to accommodate my art requests & specific tastes. my nails are always shaped evenly & the way I like them. I have never had an acrylic nail break or lift from here which is crazy.

I'm pretty disappointed in the service here. This was my second time going, I was disappointed the first time too but decided to give them another chance. Both times the massage chairs didn't work which is a huge part of the reason I go. The leg massage" and exfoliation was just rubbing up and down my shin and a couple two hands up my calf. The chopping my shins and punching the bottoms of my feet was agressive and uncomfortable. And an extra $20 for the spa treatment is absolutely ridiculous for what you get over the standard pedicure. I won't be returning."

Went there today for an acrylic refill. The lady who did my nails burnt me 2x and also cut between my nails. Then, when she was doing my nails, she left them crooked and different sizes compared to the other hand. Highly don't recommend.

They pay such good attention to detail!! Both my friend and I went there and it was so good. Downside is that there were lots of flies in the spa but it was an incredibly clean space! The colour is amazing and they take such good care of your nail quality and aesthetic !! Very flattering nails! It was pretty quiet for a Saturday so they paid such well attention to the details I can’t get over it. Bonus points for cutting the cuticles

The experience is always amazing for me! It relaxes me to get a pedi, I melt into my chair! Lol The leg/foot massage feels great! The technician is so warm and friendly as well.

I highly recommend adore nails.This set I had on since July 3rd. Today marks two months. I haven't filed them down nor recolored them, they are now just starting to lift at the corner of my nail. But wow 2months, with no chips or breaks. Yes yes yes. Adore 100%
