If you plan on hiring a shuttle while in Portage la Prairie I highly recommend you do not use Tulip taxi service. They treat all there customers as if they are criminals, demanding full payment prior to leaving the location at which you had been picked up. They can not understand English there communication is very limited. If your using them as a courier service, forget it. They makes promises they do not intend to keep in order to string you along so they don’t loose a possible money making opportunity.Here is an exsmple..A few day ago I hired them to bring out some goods I had purchased in portage because I live in the country. Upon contacting Tulip I was told I had to immediately send an E- transfer that included full payment. I was advised by the tulip dispatch that the shuttle will not begin the trip to pick up my goods until they received the entire payment. So I E-transferred tulip the amount they requested , sent them a screenshot of the payment going through and four hours later they told me to cancel my money transfer but they’re not doing it so I sat home and waited for four hours for my things that haven’t been returned and to make matters worse neither has my money been returned!Extremely poor customer service!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND **IGNORANT AND RUDE TO DISABLED PERSONS**This cab service employees are completely ignorant! Because my partner would not hurry to get down the stairs. He waited all of 1 minute before taxi drove away. Then when we called back for the cab he told us they were unavailable and would not come back because he took too long! Rude and ignorant

Horrible service, extremely inconsiderate people maybe should go back to where they're from if they're going to complain about Canada so much and the Natives Racism everywhere my friends!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Worst taxi service in town. I wont recommend using this taxi service. No meter, dont know how to talk, no debit/credit service. When you ask for interact transfer they will charge 3 bucks on top of the fare charge which is already high. Drivers talk on phone while driving. They just know how to rip off.
