Incredibly thorough survey with helpful advice and recommendations

I chose an extremely rainy and windy day (the news called it an atmospheric river!) for a pre-purchase survey on a 31' flybridge boat. Mark was extremely professional and personable throughout the survey despite working in a torrential downpour. His knowledge and thoroughness was greatly appreciated, and I feel very confident in his extremely comprehensive assessment of the vessel. His safety-focused mindset and knowledge of the safety regulations - and of other best practises that one would only know through years of experience - were a great learning experience for me.I would not hesitate to hire him again for another survey, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking for a quality survey of any vessel.
