The Public Trustee

Terrible service.Non responsive!And when you finally receive a response, it is evasive and/or incomplete.Tracy Sothern is extremely unprofessional as is Brian Stephenson!No wonder people die in the care of these people.I am viewing these actions first hand, will provide proof of my allegations.Respectfully,Pat Bazan.

Very upset with there service they never pay my phone Bill's on time.

Stay away from the public trustee !!! I don't know how any of them got a job . They are very rude people and theservices they give to the public, its not that great .. I asked to speak to the manager because of unanswered questions. The secretary have me on hold for 20 minutes didn't even transfer me to the manager. I phoned and phoned, they wouldn't even pick up my calls. Very rude and unprofessional people.. never go to the public trustee... my daughter hasn't seen or received any money of hers. I'm trying to help my daughter to know how much money is has in public trustee account. We get no answer.. makes me wonder.... are they stealing people's money from their accountsPeople should have a petition against the public trustees.

I'm very happy with the way that I've been treated. I don't have any problems with the workers and the service. I've been a proud client for the past 15 years.
