Although this company generally has a good product their customer service is terrible and frankly beyond reproach. We had to cancel a rental order today with them and their sales representative literally yelled at our office administrator on the phone and verbally assaulted her. It was disgusting behavior and totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this company and this sales person should be fired.

Timely delivery, they took care of the requests we had without a problem and their customer service is good. All the process was incredibly easy to complete and overall, I am more than happy with the whole process.

Super quick and easy communication. Called on a Friday before they closed and had one of their 20ft containers dropped off within 2 days. Container was clean and refreshed for use.

Mitchell Storage made my day today. I am a small business owner and while I have really enjoyed Mitchell Storage in general (24 hr access, gate control, convenient location, and reasonable prices) today they really stepped it up.Long story short, I lost both sets of keys to my storage container on the very day that I desperately needed immediate access to my container in order to keep my manufacturing on track.I notified Ekka's staff and they were able to help me get into the storage container within an hour of my request for help. Two men were waiting at my storage container and were gracious, even joyful, towards me even though the job was annoying and totally my fault.Highly recommend!
