Highly recommend Sonaris, Henry and the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Henry went above and beyond as we tried numerous brands and models that would meet my very specific hearing requirements.

One of the very few places that can do Pediatric Central Auditory Processing assessments! We searched high and low, and majority of audiology centers do not have the certifications to make this specific assessment for kids. If you do not want to wait for Children's hospital audiology (long waiting list), this is a great place to do it. The audiologist, Henry was very friendly, upbeat and easygoing - which really helped my child relax when doing the screening. He also takes his time to go through the results with us as well, making sure all our questions are answered. For our situation, I did not need to get a referral from the doctor or speech therapist so be sure to call/email to see if you could skip that step. The front desk, Jessica was very helpful and communication was easy and prompt. Overall, fantastic experience and well worth the 5 stars.

The staff at Sonaris Ear Center are warm, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. My 8 year old was assessed for a central auditory processing disorder. Every interaction I had with both Dr. Henry Lam and the administrative staff was overwhelmingly positive. The information I received from the assessments was a game changer for my child. I loved how Dr. Henry went over the results in person. He made sure I understood and answered all of my questions. It was also helpful to have a written document, including results, adaptations and further testing recommendations to hand to the school. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have their hearing tested or to assess for central auditory processing disorder!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Not only are Jessica and Henry very knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and flexible, but neuro affirming! Our children were supported, understood and treated with respect. Thank you Henry and Jessica! It means so much that their experiences were positive and supportive. So much kindness and we can't thank you enough!

We had a very pleasant visit. As a mom I was anxious how an ear examination will go for kids. But staffs are so welcoming and explained everything before the procedure started. After they handed a sticker, not only to my daughter who got checked but to my other daughter as well who just came. Definitely recommend their service.
