FS1 FINISHING

I was originally looking for someone to refinish my natural color oak table top. I found FS1 finishing after researching a few companies. Farshad and Sally were so quick and easy to work with. Their quote to refinish my table top and extension was very good. The work was beautifully done. We visited their shop in Langley and when I saw the quality of some of their projects in progress we asked them to build 3 other custom pieces for us. The workmanship and finishes on the pieces are first class. They visited our home to double check for the size , placement and colours that we wanted. Their prices are very good for the excellent quality of the finished and installed items.

I am incredibly happy with the refinishing of an antique walnut trunk done by FS1 finishing. Sally and Farshad made the process so easy and I always appreciated their great communication. We had an antique side table and repairs on our piano done by FS1 and both were very well done. Each project was started and completed within the projected time frame and Farshad and Sally were very helpful.

We recently discovered this refinishing business and what a pleasure it was working with Sally and her husband. Both were so accommodating, and took a keen interest in restoring an antique oak bench we’ve had in our family for years. It had some blackened stains on it, and water rings which I wasn’t sure would come out. But it was beautifully restored to its original beauty and now sits proudly in our entryway. Fabulous Kitchen CabinetsFarshad, Sally and the installers they used for our kitchen renovation did an amazing job with the cabinetry for our older home. They built us custom cabinets with solid maple doors and pre-finished birch plywood boxes that were good value and fit our budget. During our initial meeting with Farshad and Sally, they answered all our questions and made numerous suggestions that resulted in a better kitchen layout that included an additional coffee bar that could be integrated into our current living space. They helped to make a somewhat complicated and potentially stressful renovation into an easy one. Farshad and Sally kept us informed from start to finish. They were easy to reach, answered all our questions and we could not be happier. The installers they used were friendly, professional, and considerate of our needs. They worked quickly and to a very high standard. In four days, we had a fully functional kitchen which was ready before Christmas as promised. We are thrilled with our new kitchen which surpasses anything we had initially expected. I highly recommend FS1.

Sally and Farshad did an exceptional job refinishing my bench and were a breeze to work with from start to finish. They are the most loveliest couple to work with and it truly shines through in the work and service they provide. They went above and beyond for us; picked up the bench as well as dropped it off, delivered on timelines and had impeccable communication throughout the entire project.They also worked with a local designer to build us cabinets for a tea and coffee station. The delivery and quality of craftsmanship was outstanding. The installer went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied by the end of the project and even went as far as to put our baseboards back on around the outside of our cabinet.Thanks so much Sally and Farshad!
