B Elegant Catering & Event Planning

I went to a wedding that B Elegant catered at Four Father's brewery. It was the most disappointing meal I've had at a wedding. The bride and groom wanted food stations and they agreed to it. They got a buffet. The staff had to be told when to bring full dishes out to keep refilling the line. They never cleaned up as people went through the line. The table got quite messy. They ran out of food and several tables never got anything to eat. I had to be told what meat was there, I never got any. They had to be told to start cleaning off the tables. We left at midnight and our table still hadn't been done. It was a beautiful day, but it was marred by B Elegant performance. Very unfortunate. Would never recommend them.

We booked B Elegant for our September wedding and the meals at our wedding were definitely a hit with our guests. We had our wedding at Four Fathers where they are the exclusive caterer and coordinating with both B Elegant and Four Fathers was easy. I'm still drooling over the salmon dinner!The catering staff at the wedding were great and very attentive. We had a slight concern with one of the meals and they were on it right away, they brought it to my attention and provided amazing service throughout the night. Planning during COVID was definitely a challenge but working with B Elegant was certainly a pleasure and eased our stress during the past year.

B Elegant catered our wedding of 150 people at Roseville Estate in August 2018. We were truly grateful to Robyn and Jenny, and all of the catering crew for their professionalism and outstanding customer service the entire process. There were so many extra things that they did on our behalf including making a cocktail sign for a signature drink, creating place cards to differentiate menu choices for guests, and doing an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. The crew ever so neatly places everything together that didn't belong to them and we were so impressed with how everything was taken care of. The food was tremendous and we are still receiving compliments about it! People raved over the food truck experience and we felt it was such a wonderful touch for our outdoor wedding. Thank-you to all those involved in our wedding! We would choose you a thousand times over if we had to do it again! All our love!

B Elegant catered our October 2021 wedding, and we were very impressed with the set up and service. That crew and team were second to none! The food was delicious, and we were impressed with how well the off-site service really did go. Although our group wasn't huge, they still included full set up and helped with more clean up than we thought was necessary given the contract. All in all, a very good experience and we would recommend them for sure.

B Elegant did our NYE 2021 wedding and we could not be happier! Planning a wedding during COVID and having some very last-minute changes was handled very well by the B Elegant team. They had great menu and package choices so we could select what was best for our special day. They also accommodated every dietary need with ease. Kudos to the awesome service staff as well!

Beware; This caterer lies about their work by posting cakes and other goods to their Instagram that they did not make themselves.Second, what the deliver on the day off will not match what the sold you on in terms of presentation. Be ready for things to be thrown on a table after their staff run off.Lastly, they do not make enough food for the headcount you order (by 1/2 at least), so if you plan to use them make sure to drill into how much food they plan to prepare.

Used B-Elegant for our company holiday party and everyone loved it ! Appetizers that were recommended by the staff were passed around before dinner and they were all delicious. The main courses of steak, chicken, and veggie option were all complimented by my coworkers. Robyn was amazing to work with, and made it so easy to plan this party! We will definitely be using B-Elegant for future events !

B Elegant was able to accommodate all of our guests' dietary restrictions, which was very important for us. They also helped us put together a menu that would be most enjoyable for the evening. I know the married couple doesn't usually get to eat, but myself and the groom LOVED the lamb ragu pasta, and guests raved about the duck and the vegan option (my mother-in-law tried to recreate the squash steaks herself at home later). Planning a wedding during covid was extremely stressful, but working with B Elegant couldn't have been easier. They were extremely flexible through changes, were willing to experiment with new menus items for our food tastings, and made every note and wish from our tasting a reality on our wedding day. We could not have been happier with the food at our wedding and our guests left full and happy, and are still talking about how delicious it was over a week later.

I worked with B Elegant to cater two awards banquets I coordinated at the Waterloo Region Museum in March 2018 & 2019. Robyn is wonderful to work with. Her organization and attention to detail help make our events seamless. The banquet staff were great; top notch customer service, prompt with setting up, helpful/attentive, and so professional. The food was delicious and the set-up (linens, buffet styling, chairs, etc.) exceeded my expectations. I always love working with B Elegant!
