Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend this place for your physio needs. Their equipment is well kept and the facility is clean and comfortable. It is easy to get to, on a bus route and parking in back if you're driving. (Entrance is also around back).

When I visited Forte I could hardly take the pain in my lower back it was so bad.At first I was hesitant, but after meeting with Matt I was ok. He took his time with me,explained everything as we went thru the exercises, and made me feel relaxed and confident in his decisions. After 3 IMS treatments and a series of exercises my pain was gone!!! Which was a relief to say the least, thank u Matt for a job well done.

Therapists and Staff are super professional yet friendly. I have been seeing Kevin for various physio needs over the last 3 years and I tell my friends and clients to use them all the time! Great work!

I went a couple weeks ago and the therapist, Kevin, was very nice and knowledgeable, but the front desk woman was very rude and unprofesional. I called to inquire before booking my appointment and was never told they don't deal with coverage. Once I got there for my appointment she told me i would have to apply myself for the money to be reimbursed. I was able to pay for it then, but there are many people who may not have the funds because they expect their insurance to cover it. When I questioned why she didn't tell me when I had called and asked she completely ignored me and moved away. I thought that was incredibly rude and made me not want to go through with the appointment. She then took me to a room that was occupied since someones belongings were there and left me in there standing. This made me feel extremely uninvited. Once Kevin came i told him I believe the room is already occupied and I was correct, we then moved to a different room. After my appointment Kevin told me to make another appointment for next week, but I didn't want to deal with the receptionist so I walked out. Had there been a different woman in the front I would 100% have returned.

I have visited Matt B. on many occasions to deal with a wide range of lower body injuries from soccer. On each occasion he has done a fantastic job getting up and running as well as providing me with some knowledge and exercises to prevent reoccurrence. By far the best physio I have visited in the Lower Mainland.

I had a knee Injury and I had to go in on Emergency basis. Kevin was very kind and saw me at his lunch hour which was very much appreciated. He looked after my injury but more to the point was very reassuring. I thank him and his team.

I would have given this a 5 star rating but the main office assistant, Donna, is very unfriendly and rude. I always feel rushed when booking and uncomfortable phoning in.The physiotherapists are great though - very knowledgeable and they really know their exercises and treatment plans. I feel like they don't just quickly treat you and then kick you out like some. They actually care and spend lots of time on exercises and other rehab.

Was going here, however they had something that I found very upsetting on tv and mentioned it, however they never changed it and had to go work out in the room instead. Also I prefer one on one, don't like waiting when I'm done one excerciseto have the person working with me to finish up with someone else. And hours aren't the best

Being a fellow physiotherapist, I was on the lookout for someone to help me when I needed to have some work done on my aches and pains. I was looking through bio's of multiple therapists to see if someone would match my style of treating and way of thinking. I was fortunate enough to meet Kevin. We had a great conversation on the phone prior to me booking an appointment with him. Since then he has been my go to guy anytime I need some help with my shoulder or low back. Not only has he been able to help me with my injuries, but he has also been an amazing person to learn from. Overall I have had a wonderful experience at the clinic from interacting with the front desk staff, to my treatment sessions with Kevin.
