Heatwave Yoga

My sister and I were visiting from out of town and tried the Hot Hatha Flow (our first time doing hot yoga) with Duane. He was so kind and welcoming. The class was amazing and a great way to end our trip. It was only 4 minutes away from our hotel in Niagara Falls. We would highly recommend this studio!

Since the open I have been here almost every day! I am new to Yoga and wanted to experience all the different types. I have been to a variety of classes and experienced different teachers and I am in LOVE. In just 2 weeks, my body pain is mostly gone, I have lost 10lbs and I am much more flexible. This is a very inclusive place with the best vibes ever. I get excited every time I come here. Also the B Mats that are sold here are amazing and makes it that much better because I don't slide when I am sweating. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants to be around awesome people and cares about their health. Can not wait until my class tomorrow!!! Keep up the great work!

If you haven't tried hot yoga, you need to start here! All the instructors are amazing and the owner has her heart and soul in it❤ 10/10!

I haven’t been to yoga since the pandemic- I heard about the studio from friends that live in Niagara Falls. You can’t beat 50$ unlimited a month for new members, so I thought it was a good way to get back into it. I went to hot deep flow today taught by instructor and owner Jeanine. She is very energetic, friendly and welcoming! Great playlist! Awesome studio- good location. Feels good to be back into yoga. Looking forward to my next class ✨

This studio is PERFECT! From the minute you walk in the energy is simply cheerful! The hot room is beautiful (no distracting mirrors) the temperature is just right for hot yoga and the instructor has the best tone and energy I’ve ever had. Im so happy I found this place. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Actually 6⭐️

The first time i wanted to attend a class i was 2 minutes late as i didn't find the location and the door was closed. I called and no one answered or ever returned the call. I couldn't reschedule nor get my money back. I won't go back as it is not a serious business and treating a new potential client like this is not a good business

Jeanine is the best yoga instructor and the vibes in the yoga studio are fantastic. Highly recommended to anyone interested in yoga practice
