Main Street Storage in Niverville

This review is not about the staff at Main Street storage-Niverville. Cara responds quickly and has been very friendly everytime I have had to speak with her. We were able to rent one of their larger storage units quickly but unfortunately I do not think I can recommend this storage unit. A couple weeks before moving out, we found our furniture sitting in about an inch of water and covered in mouse droppings. After reaching out to the owners, we were sent their storage tips and the risk of condensation in a non climatized unit. We were not expecting puddles of condensation in our storage unit. Our furniture has been damaged. It costs just under $300 a month to rent a non climatized unit. The owners did reimburse our last months rent but it won’t cover the cost to replace everything. Store at your own risk.
