It tastes SO GOOD!! Just like home!! I got the mixed platter for one with a side of pap. It was delicious. The chicken breast was tender and juicy. Not dry at all. The lamb chop was amazing as well as the boerwors.My husband got a burger and said it was an amazing burger and i stole a fry. Delicious!!The milk tart hit the spot.I could tell everything , even the dessert was made in house and made with love. I cant wait to go back to try something else!!

Excellent food, excellent service. 100% halal menu. My wife and I have never had South African cuisine, and our server explained all the options very nicely. We opted for the Mixed Braai (Barbecue) platter for 2. Portions were good. Everything was delicious, but I must say the Lamb chops were the standout item. I also loved the Pap and Tomato chutney… very wholesome and filling! Will definitely be back to try the burgers!

Tried this spot based on an Instagram post and loved it. The food was delicious. We went with the JoBurger and mixed Braai platter. Both items tasted delicious. The boerewors was a first for us and it was perfectly done.They have several options for burgers hence we will definitely be visiting again to try some of the other items on the menu. Have to acknowledge the great service as well, very friendly with a warm inviting atmosphere.

Amazing Halal South African food! This was our first time trying authentic South African cuisine and the entire experience was exceptional! The joint is tucked away in a corner and can be easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it - we heard about it from social media of course. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the service was fast. We tried the mixed Braai platter and the Plan B Gourmet Burger. It was my first time trying a Boerewor and it was definitely my favourite! The chicken was also very well seasoned and char gave it a delicious smoky taste. The lamb chop was tender and juicy, just wish it was bigger! I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but my wife tells me the burger was delicious too. It's definitely a popular spot, the restaurant was packed and it seemed a lot of regulars were back, and I get why, we'll definitely be coming back when in the area again.

We ordered Plan B Gourmet Burger...and MonsterJo Burger ..The food was awesome and our burger cravings were fully satisfied.The dining area was don't know if the AC wasn't working or they don't have it..The staff was very friendly and courteous. The owner was very helpful and guided us through the menu and helped us decide on our order...The only con we felt was that we found it pricey...We are very happy with the taste but not so much with value for money...Having said that,We will still return another day for the taste when the weather has cooled a bit..Also, we noticed that it is a popular hangout place...as we witnessed groups of people dining in...and take out being ordered.

This place lives up to the hype 100%. Yup, i tried it all. Food is amazing beyond words! Ordered the platter, which includes steak lambchops chicken and the sausage and 4 brugers on the side to share and also got an order of wings. Honestly, everything was good. I would highly recommend it and would definitely be back.

This place is such a hidden gem!! Their food is 100% halal, the owners are so kind and everything we tried was delicious. Their burgers taste different than the typical Toronto burgers (in a good way) and their mixed platters are amazing. Highly recommend!

Love this place. The food is a cut above the usual Toronto fare, the platter I had contained a delicious array of meats that was bursting with flavour. What sets this place apart is the service. The moment you enter you are made to feel at home, our server Moe was super friendly, very engaging, and in general made us feel very welcome.

Best Burger in town!!!!! Amazingly authentic South African meat. Super fresh. Super friendly staff. The homemade milk tart is an absolute must!!!! Some parking out front.
