The room was not clean, something on the floor not vacuumed up. There were bugs in one of the beds, my wife was bitten on her leg, so we were moved.The new room at least looked clean initially and had a security clasp which was missing in the first room.Went to shower in the morning (was a midnight check in), the tub had black hair in it, not just one. I'm blonde, my wife a redhead, so definitely not us.The young man who checked us in was apologetic, the check out in the morning consisted of that's unacceptable" we'll get the tub cleaned.There is a level of expectation when booking a large brand name hotel. This was beyond a disappointment. Do not recommend"

Old facilities in a not very nice building/surrounding. We had a room that was quite loud, the sound of some kind of machine somewhere in the upper floor or beside was disturbing. For one night is ok but not longer.

The location is convenient in quiet part of town. The staff are excellent with customer service. The hotel is undergoing renos so no elevator at the time of visit. Only complaint is that the walls seem very thing as we could clearly hear conversations from the rooms next door and above.

Rooms on second floor but no elevator to serve that floor. No water glasses or coffee cups. Toilet seat stained. Bed sheets and pillow cases looked used. Wardrobe doors didn't close. No in-room safe. Terrible dinner meal options, ordered the all day breakfast. Very noisy in restaurant/acoustics require upgrading. Female staff member with hair in a ponytail advised at breakfast 2 toasters couldn't be operated simultaneously as the extra power would blow a fuse. Two Australians travelling on a coach tour through Canada with a mixture of fellow Aussies and British.

I visited Kamloops for a night with my sister as she had a work event to get to. Nonetheless the property was pretty cozy and had all the amenities we needed. They had a gym, hot tub and laundry which came in pretty handy. Unfortunately doe this trip we never got a chance to use the hot tub but we'll definitely be back once we're visiting again. The gym was pretty basic. It had a treadmill, bicycle and an all in one machine. A free weight stand would make it even better. The rooms were clean and comfy as well. Pro tip- get the breakfast included room rates as it's a good deal

THE RESTAURANT IS SO GOOD! The soup I had (tomato) was made there! Great view and amazing service!The hotel was at a great price, clean in the rooms.....not so much in the foyer and hallways. I think they were doing construction on the outside...so I'm hopeful that they will update the inside as well.

Sometimes good customer service (front desk ) can make you over look certain mishaps ( eg the dirty water mark in the bathtub ) .The Male receptionist who attended to us went above & beyond ( within reason ) . Courtesy service 10/10However at some point of our stay. Some male house keeper asked us what we were doing in the hotel...????At that time we were coming in from the restaurant & had our Hotel room key cards in hand.

Misleading about pricing, said the booking service price was incorrect and the minimum was higher, however was able to book for $50 less than quoted price.Bigger deposit than usual, will be recording room when I leave in case they decide to keep.Plywood stairs,Hot tub full of dirt?Rooms seem clean, beds didn’t have visible soiling.Reasonable amount of channels on tvShower and washroom are fine.

Renovated king suit offered. But no hand cream and shampoo available in dispenser. Tried to call from room but room phone was not working either. So I went down to office and collected soap. Room was OK but not worth it with paid price. One night $199.00. WOW.

The hot tub was DISGUSTING. Lack of water prevents the filter from working properly. I have never seen such a filthy hotel hot tub.
